She loudly used profanity What was most concerning is that the administrator was present and did nothing to correct or address the behavior. In a healthcare setting, especially one caring for vulnerable memory care residents, professionalism, respect, and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, none of that was demonstrated. This experience raised serious concerns about staff culture, leadership, and how issues are handled internally.
