My husband and I went here for lunch our first day in Trier on our honeymoon. We went to go look…read morefor their menu for breakfast the next day based on a recommendation from his family that lives close by. We ended up dining at that time and my goodness was it amazing! Our server Victoria was not only the very best but very knowledgeable about everything! We were so impressed that we did make a reservation with her for the next day for breakfast and boy were we in for a treat! She set us up with a breakfast inspired by her for two... it should have been for three or four! It was extremely eclectic and hit all the points anyone could ever want for breakfast. If we can manage to eat dinner, lunch is entirely out of the question, we are going back to try their tapas. That will make three trips to one restaurant in our short stay in Trier before we move on to our next spot in Germany! I highly recommend stopping in and having a fantastic meal if you are ever in the area. If you manage to get Victoria as your server know that you are going to be treated like royalty. The next time we return for a vacation, Nikos is on the list of must haves!

I got the first Riesling listed under those of Trier and it was sweet and smooth. For my meal, I got the first pizza listed under the white pizzas. It had honey, goat cheese, and bacon. Both of my selections were recommended by the waitress and were so delicious!! She was easy to communicate with and happy to help us. The man who seemed to be in charge was so kind and checked on us repeatedly throughout the meal, asking us where we were from and shaking our hands before we left. It was nice to feel genuinely welcomed by a restaurant! We couldn't ask for a better experience. There are many tables out on the patio and also tables inside, where it was cool and comfortable for a hot July day.
