Everyone was so happy to help me and kindly answered all of my questions. The room was very clean. I am such a neat freak and have major OCD and I was beyond thrilled after I walked in (and inspected). The bathroom is spacious and glorious, and they provide you with very nice toiletries and even more like a shaving, dental, or sewing kit, robes, or slippers upon request. They had a gym and sauna that I took advantage of. The gym had limited machines and no weights but a good amount of room for cardio which was perfect for me. The (2) saunas were very nice. There was also a note saying the gym was getting a "new look" the coming week after my stay and would be under construction. The restaurant also looked lovely. I only ordered a hot chocolate and vanilla ice cream but enjoyed both. Wifi kept cutting in and out from my room. All in all, I was very impressed and actually am looking forward to visiting another Leonardo Hotel. What really stood out the most was definitely the staff. I asked a ton of questions and asked for a ton of extra toiletries and no one seemed annoyed or irritated and helped me with a smile. When I had the toiletries brought to my door Stephanie also gave me a little piece of complimentary chocolate. Even though I'm sure it's hotel protocol, I thought it was very thoughtful. Upon arrival I had to contact the front desk about a broken window in my room (it wouldn't close, which is essential near a loud airport). It was fixed pretty quickly by a very friendly technician once he arrived with some tools, but it delayed my plans that I had in the city. How it wasn't noticed by housekeeping upon finishing up the room is beyond me, but mistakes happen. Another thing that bothered me was that although smoking is not permitted, there was a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke in my room. Maybe from people smoking outside, maybe a guest before me who smoked despite it not being allowed? It was pretty noticeable each time I came back to the room and bathroom unfortunately. There was also a slight sewage smell coming from the sink. The TV in my room kept shutting itself off every 20 mins. Very strange. The fitness area could use a treadmill. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and would again. The broken window and weird smell were a first and I hope it was just a fluke. Everything else was great!

The net cancellation fee they charged to our credit card was HIGHER than the amout we would have owed if our event had happened there. While usually love the Radisson Hotels, in this case the entire communication reached a level that we would not want to go there again.

Bedding is comfortable, the shower water pressure and temperature are life changing, and the coffee is good! Pleasant staff and a hip lobby all made for a welcome stay. A bonus is that the McLaren dealer/service center is behind the courtyard, so you can enjoy some race cars while sipping your cocktail in the evening. Good value for the stay.
