Do not use this service. He tried to bill me for a quote. I never signed a contact with his…read moreservice. He threatened me for cancelling cleanings that were scheduled for more then 30 days out. He wanted to bill me for a walk through, his time and typing a contract up. He told me I would have to talk to "William Baker" and he was sending him to deal with me. I had to block him from my phone. Unprofessional is an understatement. Scary and unstable is a better description. No one should feel threatened because they decide to go with another business.

Terrible cleaner. Said he was coming with another person, but only he showed up and then he told my…read morehusband he had to up the rates since it was only him. That's bad math since it's going to take one person a lot longer. When I arrived I couldn't tell that anything had been cleaned. He was here for 5.5 hours and I had to clean everything again after he left, which I did much better and it took me only 2 hours. He showed up with a few rags and a bottle of glass cleaner and kept asking to borrow everything. He came to us twice saying he was all done and we would ask if he had cleaned the baseboards we had asked him to clean or the shelves we had asked him to clean, or whatever, and he would say, "oh, no. I forgot about that. Guess I'll go do that." And then he still wouldn't do it. This was a totally empty house we just had renovated and all it needed was the shelves and baseboards wiped down and one bathroom cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned, kind of, and that was all he accomplished for $220. I really wish I had told him we would just stop the clock and he needed to actually go clean what he had been working on, but in the end I just told him he should go. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, find someone else. I think the previous reviews are faked, seriously. EDIT: Patrick called me almost a month later, I thought perhaps to apologize or make it right. Instead he was very confrontational and then he sent me a text message saying, "If you don't remove the review your [sic] going to have deal with William Baker." He then continued texting me and threatening me. Saying, "Okay Valerie now your [sic] going to have deal with me in person" and, "Take the review down or William is going to be all up your business. Make it a priority." And finally he threatened to put unrelated bad reviews up about my property on VRBO, saying, "Okay then I will put bad reviews about you on VRBO." (I'll attach screen shots as proof.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
