My daughter is the sweetest person you would ever want to meet. She found herself having to do business with that horrible woman when she went to retrieve an item her father had pawned as he recently passed away. With my daughter being as nice as she could and mourning the loss of her father that woman was so rude ive never seen anything like it and my daughter has never been subjected to such abuse and shes a nurse. When she went back with the ticket to pick up the very large item a worker started to help her to the car and she told him to put that down let that ... carry it out if she wants it. I have never seen such rude people and all of my days and being around a business and 55 years my son and I went in there and he asked the woman about an apartment and when he came over to me and said why are you looking for an apartment and we were discussing it and I told him we should just move back to Virginia and then all of a sudden out of nowhere this woman yells from behind a petition for me to get out Agnew order because I thought Shirley she's not talking to me I didn't even know the woman nor of ever spoke to her but sure enough she was talking to me and she came around the corner and told me to get out or she was going to call the police and I looked at her and I said I've never done anything to you to be thrown out much less somebody call the police and she said I don't care get out or I'm calling the police and she did call the place and I said that's fine because I'm gonna wait on them when they get here and so I did wait on them and called them myself because I don't see it and then the police got there and said that they would write a record of it after I told him I want to police report and then she told me I should leave because I'd be obstructing justice I've never heard of such a thing of a police departments anything like that in my entire life and all she took was my first name so and I was going to look At the DVDs and bathroom I can't believe that somebody can throw somebody else to work when they've done nothing wrong I was not shoplifting I was not being rude to her I've never even seen the woman for how can this be Legal that she can discriminate against so many people I hope no one ever stops there and I hope they get what they deserve and she goes out of business I don't even know how they are surviving with such a disrespectful person to the customers much less any bank bout of suit against her for discriminating against people especially the person in the wheelchair like the lady was saying above I am also going to report her to the Better Business Bureau and anybody else so I can report her to par behavioral read more

I went in to buy some older video games and I had to look them up on a computer. I found about 7 I wanted, so they went to the back to find them. They took about 20 minutes and only came back with one I wanted, saying that their stock was out of date and they didn't have the others I wanted. But, they brought about 5 games I didn't ask for and try to sell them to me. I looked at the one I asked for and the label was almost completely tore in half, so I told them I didn't want it because of the severe damage. So, they got really hateful and said, "We don't go back there unless you plan on buying the games, we didn't waste 20 minutes just for you to browse. Then he said some more very rude things. So, in conclusion the store was a mess, their inventory is completely wrong, and everyone is extremely rude. It's not my fault I'm not an idiot and paid too much money for something that was badly damaged. read more
