I worked a season for Alpine Reflections. As an employee I was not payed for my travel time to and from Big Sky which is an hour and half drive. I would be sitting in a company vehicle on my way between working a job in Big Sky and returning to the shop to unload and clean up and I was not being payed. The company does very high quality work but doesn't take care of their employees very well. I was only making $12 an hour with no benefits of any kind and I feel like its very greedy for a company to not pay its employees for the time they spend in a company vehicle. read more

Alpine Reflections was a constant battle during the whole process. They broke several things while working and it was a struggle to get them to fix it. There workers were primarily very young, looked to be in high school. They didn't secure a pipe in the crawlspace and flooded it, and we had a large sink whole in the yard after they left. On top of that, they never went through how to use the sprinkler system or how frequently to water the grass and trees. AND NOW, a year later our grass is brown and not growing as it should. Upon consulting with True Green, the prep work laid prior to the sod was done poorly which means the grass may never root without pulling it up and redoing it. I'm so frustrated with this company I could dry. We paid thousands of dollars for terrible work that will most likely have to be redone. I highly recommend a different company or doing the work yourself. This company will only cause you debt for work that has to be redone. read more
