Finally my loan was approved and I go to sign papers and the quit claim deed I had brought in wasn't enough? They waited until the 11th hour to let me know this. My ex wouldn't sign, I had no time to prepare her for this and the loan was lost. My refinance from 6% to 2.75% was lost due to Erin and Randi being so overwhelmed with other escrows I had become a nobody. It was the worse thing that has ever happened to me in my life.
