Apparently the card doesn't count for shit because the rude counter staff made it apparent that she could not help me, even if I paid a fee to do so. The process to setup the online ids has been a nightmare and I need a separate id for my business credit cards. Anytime we use a credit card they suspend it for suspicious transactions. It sure why renewing with the state my business license is suspicious but.... It is so difficult to setup external transfers to my other banks. And then even though they say the transfer will happen that day, they now say it will take a week and my payroll checks are bouncing right before Christmas. They wouldn't reverse the transfer so that I could go to the bank and manually move the funds either. I am so disappointed in all banks right now. I would not setup an account if you are thinking of using this bank.

An average Colorado bank…read more I use to bank with them, when my ex and I were together. A lesson learned, keep separate accounts! Most tellers are friendly and helpful. I've lived in Summit going on 15 years so I know many faces and names. They are a larger Colorado bank and admittedly, I hate their fee structure. As the cliche goes, banks are greedy. They do charge a $5 processing fee to cash a check, even if it's from their bank if you don't have an account. Business I guess. I like that drive-thru is open till 6pm. My company does a lot of business with them. Their Silverthorne branch needs some work. They have not had the 1st teller drive-thru opened in over a year. Then last week the 2nd drive-thru was broke. The area leading up to the drive-thru never gets sun so it gets VERY icy in the winter. This bank was also the sponsor bank for Denver 2018 Comic Con. There was a dozen ATM's there. Fees were RIDICULOUS! REMINDER TO SELF, BRING CASH AND PREPARE NEXT TIME!!

The checks were from another business using Bank of the West and the names were all correct. Ridiculous and apparent harassment. Negative stars because they silently refuse to allow use of their debit card for certain merchants they don't like. Try to swipe your debit card for a spend on lolli.com and it will fail. This is actually the bank's back office and senior management, though the front staff could gain knowledge about silently failing debit card swipes and warn debit card users about it.

We are healthy older locals who don't have a truckload of gold, but may still have a couple of decades left to fund. Jack and his team at Schwab became our prayer answered in dark November when our misunderstood and badly managed financial arrangements were crumbling. Not having the "financial chip," we had no clue how to proceed. Scrambling for advice and new strategies, we were led to Jack, and this marvelous, experienced professional turned everything around, providing clarity, options and hope for our future security. Our path forward became straightforward and achievable. Jack's wisdom and paternal kindness, along with a little tough love where needed, extended beyond the strictly financial realms to adjacent considerations that required modification for optimal outcomes. There are literally no words of praise sufficient to describe our gratitude and admiration for this man. Jack turned confusion into confidence. He is offering a profoundly valuable service to all who engage his participation in improving their lives. THANK YOU, JACK!
