Unpleasant and unhelpful. Yesterday I needed to print from my memory stick. The job was urgent, as it was my boarding pass for a Sunday flight. Because my printer broke down and for the last few days I have been using library for the printing services. Unfortunately on Friday the library IT system in whole of Southend went down, so I went to local printers to ask them if they will be so kind and print the boarding pass for me, as I was in trouble, since I have lost my boarding pass and had no one else to help me. I never asked for a free service, just an urgent job. It never even occured to me to ask for anything free, as I was paying in the library as well. The gentleman refused point blank, even though he must have seen how scared I was. After some more asking he said he might do it later if he is not too busy. I was to come back. But he is not sure. I didn't go back there as this would have been begging. A local estate agent helped out with a smile. P.S. I am an artist. I do require printing on occasions (invitations, posters, business cards). I will never use these printers, as I feel they don't deserve my custom, ever. read more
