What work he did do on the deck is absolutely terrible and I have several photos to prove it. What awful work he did do, will have to be done over again by someone competent. He told my wife more than once he would give her the contract and never did. He also left tools out, blades, an open knife, trash and debris everywhere which left unsafe conditions for my kids and dogs. Unless you want to get ripped off, don't waste your time and money with this fraud. Mike Spicer will just change his business name again like he did in 2018 and hope nobody will notice. If he couldn't even provide a contract, I doubt he is even licensed and bonded.

I talked to the owner Allen and told him my Son's situation and asked him if he would be interested in coming out and looking over the damage and giving us an estimate. Not only did he show up within a couple of days but, he also gave a quick written estimate. After we received his estimate, we decided to have S&S do the repairs. Not only was the repairs done extremely quickly, but they also were completed below the estimated price. Honesty to me is very important. He could have charged us more but he didn't. Also the communication was outstanding. After the job was completed, the final outcome was excellent. We are very glad we gave Allen and S&S Home Repair the opportunity.
