Updated review. Any and all expectant mothers please read! Warning! My story: I had 2 miscarriages…read moreback to back and finally I made a pregnancy confirmation appointment at this office as I was 5 weeks pregnant and scared I would loose the baby again. The woman with short curly hair and glasses spoke in Spanish to the other lady that was upfront and stated to her "she has no insurance and last time I talked with her she had miscarriage. Something is wrong with her". YES! Those exact words! Now.. the lady with short curly hair calls me upfront and confirms that I have no insurance.. then she reminds me that I had a miscarriage back in December and states "there's no way you are pregnant! You couldn't have possibly ovulated yet". At this point I wanted to rip her hair off ...being pregnant, anxious and annoyed. But I didn't. I peed in the cup and gave them a sample.. next thing you know 3 of the admins yelled "she's pregnant!"... I was like I told you so.. I cannot believe they called me crazy and told me I couldn't be pregnant. In conclusion, that woman that is NOT a doctor and runs this office and makes false accusations and makes patients feel like crap. I didn't see the doctor that day because of her snarky comments. Instead I went to a different OB-GYN and did a blood test back to back to make sure the baby is developing properly and is in the right place. And sure enough, I am over 6 weeks pregnant now with no issues. I scheduled my 8 weeks appointment with a different OB-GYN. The amount of unprofessionalism, the remarks and how they all made me feel that day is unbelievable and I do not wish anyone else to experience this. Please do not go there! It's not worth it.

I am so grateful for this doctors office. I have an upcoming surgery that I have been very fearful…read moreof. This office was so kind and compassionate, it is truly beyond description. I was truly in a state of terror while signing documentation during my pre-op for my surgery. While Dr. vinokur was unable to sit with me and provide comfort and reassurance (due to having other patients and procedures) Dr. Carrie and Ms. Karen both came to speak with me and make sure that I knew what to expect and help put my fears at ease. Both of these ladies, Karen and Carrie(sp?), went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. They even offered to set aside time in their schedule to hold my hand during my surgery. These two women, specifically, truly embody care and strength. They believe in advocating for their patients and actually LISTENING to the concerns of those that they serve. I could go on and on, but I will end with this: if you are looking for a caring, kind, understanding, compassionate, and intelligent office, then look no further. And make sure you ask for Carrie and Karen for EXCEPTIONAL support. i would like to add that i TRUST Dr.Vinokur and her competency to do a GREAT job in regards to procedures and medical care for her patients. I have seen other reviews regarding her bedside manner. Let me make that clear: she is more "to the point" and not as empathetic. HOWEVER, as previously mentioned, the rest of the office IS very compassionate. I trust Dr. Vinokur to do an INCREDIBLE job in my upcoming procedure and for empathy and compassion I would direct concerns to, as previously mentioned, the OUTSTANDING women that support her. Dr. Vinokur is intelligent and competent, while Carrie, Karen, and the other women in the office exceed expectations as it pertains to bedside manner, trauma-informed care, and active listening. I appreciate this team and I am truly trusting them with my LIFE in my upcoming surgery. I am confident that Dr. Vinokur will do a GREAT job procedurally and the rest of the office will be there for emotional support!

I have daily pain and when I went to schedule my appointment I expressed that. I was scheduled for a 1pm appointment and when I called to preemptively say I would be a few minutes late, there was an automated message saying they were closed and to call 911 if I had an emergency. As I arrived 2 minutes past the given grace period, I was told I wouldn't be seen. When I mentioned how much pain I had been in, I was rudely told that it didn't matter because I apparently hadn't registered correctly to see the doctor I had already been seeing for 2 years. I also had the joy of two front desk women condescendingly telling me this at the same time, when I was only trying to speak to one of them (as conversations typically go). As I sit in my car crying and in pain, I am so regretful I chose to put my well-being in the hands of such a cold practice who lacks basic empathy, functional professionalism, and simple bedside manner.

Doctors are rude, condescending and dismissive. When you are on a table wearing a paper vest with your lady parts exposed you aren't in a position to really advocate for yourself when being mistreated. Clearly, they like women to feel powerless. I left mortified!

When I came in (cumming location) everything was great but then waiting for her in the room was an eternity. My appointment was at 12:00 and she got there at 12:45 almost an hour. Never in my life I have waited that long for a doctor. Like I literally had to call my boss at work and tell her I was going to arrive later than expected because the doctor was at the hospital delivering a baby. Like can you believe that? She's not punctual at all. That long of a wait was not professional of her.

Completely waisted full 3 hours and PTO time for both patient and caregiver. Caregivers are not allowed to accompany the patient into the exam room - which was not mentioned prior to the appointment. During check in when this was brought up, staff lied - kept on saying let patient go in first and we will let caregiver join in a moment - never happened. Patient herself was lied, she was in the exam room waiting and staff kept on mentioning caregiver is about to join but never happened. Felt discriminatory as well, as we saw some caregivers were allowed to go with patients. No decisions were made about the care to be provided in the exam room, as patient needed caregiver to make those decisions. On top of that Dr herself was very dry in terms of explaining what is going on, did not explain, did not provide options, seemed very rushed, and not a pleasant experience at all. Front staff had no idea what to do if patient and caregiver had concerns, besides saying sorry - but you got to pay 250 USD. Waited for full 48hrs before posting this, assuming that with the feedback that we provided to the practice front desk staff and practice manager, someone sensible would give us a call back and apologize for the inconvenience and terrible experience - but nothing so far.
