My ceiling is ruined because…read moreof the drain pan leaking & instead of repairing it properly, they stuck a plastic jug under it to catch the water. Then had the gall to ask me if it was dry. Yeah, until the container filled up! It was half filled when a new AC man checked it for me. Keith screamed at me twice, hung up on me twice, & was extremely volatile to me with my son present. I wish someone had warned me like I'm trying to warn others.
