Absolutely never, in your life, go to this practice. Upon getting a complete oral exam after having…read morenot been to a dentist in approx.~ a year (having had to switch over from an excellent pediatric dentist), I was told that I had a perfect bite, no wear or damage, and nothing wrong at all, except three "cavities". I was told that the cavities were "serious" and that they needed to be done soon. I booked and paid, and the cavities were drilled the next day - despite being on my molar teeth, no molds of the cusps or anything were made in case something went wrong. For example, if a molar breaks while a tooth is being drilled, rebuilding the exact structure of that molar, thus preventing major bite and health problems, would be impossible without a mold. And yet I was having three molars drilled. That's not where the story ends though. As soon as my teeth start to be drilled, the dentist (a man) keeps looking up at a football game on television, giving me extreme pain every time he does so (at this point, he's giving me the shots). I politely ask the volume to be turned down so that I can "rest". After I ask this, the dentist becomes extremely sour and rude, and seems to purposely rush through the procedure. On one tooth, I directly heard him say "We're running out of material to fill this tooth with, but it'll be ok." Immediately after, and for a couple days, I had shooting pains in my neck and a "popcorn kernel" feeling to one of the fillings. I ask for a follow up visit to check what is going on. I arrive at the clinic a few days later to discover that the dentist who did my fillings was not present, but that the assistant dentist (a female) and an oral hygienist were. The oral hygienist starts to do a "bite test" telling me to bite on the blue papers, showing signs of too much contact. What she then proceeded to do, without my permission or explaination of risks, is that she took a drill, and sanded down multiple surfaces of multiple teeth, even teeth that did not have cavities! After I bit down after this procedure, I immediately noticed that over 6 teeth on my left side could no longer touch together whatsoever upon biting down (and all of my teeth had such healthy, strong bite before!) The only teeth on that side that now touched was my very two back molars, the entire side of my mouth felt like an arch! Not to mention, as the hygienist is finishing the procedure, the main "female dentist" comes in, the hygienist asks "So which teeth had the fillings again?" and the female dentist steps in and files down on one of my teeth. After that, she jumps up and says "We're not doing any more work here, this could cause some problems." and immediately shuns me out of the office, after I explain how my bite then felt, now saying "Everything's in your imagination." The problem doesn't stop there, not by a long shot. For weeks, I went on with this horrible, messed up bite. Slowly, and directly because of it, I started developing severe bite problems and grinding issues; specialists in the field have been appalled by the story I have told. My bite, which was perfect before (several specialists, including my pediatric dentist and orthodontist) are standing by me, and not only did I develop grinding, I immediately, even before the grinding, developed a vertical loss of occlusal height, as so much material was filed off my back teeth, that my front teeth, naturally larger, are now hitting together and fracturing whenever I speak, swallow, or even concentrate on a thought. I've also developed quite severe TMJ in just a month, having no previous pain, and a completely dislocated tempromandibular disc. Having to hold my mouth open to keep my teeth from hitting, and having to sleep with rags in my mouth to keep my teeth from fracturing, I've developed several cavities as well (despite constant cleaning and no bad habits) because my dry mouth symptoms directly cause them. These monsters in this clinic should be put in jail, they completely ruined my life and now I'm left with a $100,000 problem. They even manipulated my medical records and lied to me about my health! Originally, they told me that I should floss more often to avoid getting gingivitis. After I finally request my medical records, the medical records now said that I originally had "moderate gingivitis" when my gums had nothing wrong with them! However, they only set themselves up for failure because if someone has gingivitis, you shouldn't be drilling on 14 teeth and doing 3 fillings! Also, the dentist admitted to me verbally that my original cavities weren't actual cavities (upon them drilling it out and inspecting it) but that they were "just stains" that I could have went years upon years with. Talking about stealing my money completely, and leaving me in the worst health I'd ever been in in my life! I'm consulting with lawyers and my life has been destroyed by this pain.
