They did such a good job describing things my wife could imagine them easily. In the end my wife convinced me to get her a bracelet. We picked it up today and it was even nicer than described. The attention they gave us in all of these transactions was superb. They even took extra time to explain a few things to my wife that she had not understood during the online auction and just wanted to know what they meant. Now I guess I have a lengthy gift list for our next anniversary, her birthday, Christmas... and I know where I will be going to get them.

My husband and I stopped in while waiting for the rain to pass and decided to inquire about having his Cuban link chain appraised. A young woman with long dark hair approached us to "assist." When we asked if we could have the chain appraised, the exchange went as follows: Customer: Can I get this appraised here? Employee: Yes, but I just work here. So no, I can't do that for you. Customer: (confused) Okay, so then how does an appraisal work? Employee: The jeweler. He's the professional, and he does that. And I told you he wasn't here. At no point prior to this did she inform us that the jeweler was unavailable. Instead, the interaction came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude--leaving the impression that she had no interest in earning our business. Establishments should be mindful of the staff they place on the front line, as one poor interaction can easily discourage potential customers from ever returning.
