This is the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. I had 8 tattoos before I went here. My fiancé and I went together and each got tattoos. Making it my 9th tattoo, but we both are just so impressed with how meticulous the artist (Brett) was. And the other artists there were exactly the same. The shop was incredibly clean and so relaxed and friendly. I didn't even feel like I was in a tattoo shop with all of the normal noisy machines and the weird smells of cigarettes and cleaning materials. They just make sure it is perfect for any client to walk in and get taken care of. Each artist asked us how we were doing and kept conversations going. Brett was the most gentle artist I've ever had tattoo me, we both got our hips tattooed and what is normally a painful spot (each artist kept telling us) he made feel no more painful than anywhere else on my body I've had tattooed. We will go back to this shop forever. The line work, color, and utter perfection of our tattoos was enough to win us over. The atmosphere made us permanent customers/canvases. Our family wanted to get a set of related tattoos to celebrate a really important event in our lives. A good friend recommended Luke at Aloha Tattoos for his artistry and inking skills. We contacted Luke with several tattoo drawings created by our son. Luke took the drawings and fniished the design of four unique but related tattoos. One for each of us. We arrived at the studio and Luke spent the afternoon making final design adjustments and inking the tattoos. They turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. My research led me to Aloha Tattoos; specifically Jon. I was interested in getting a Tribal tattoo and he is the guy who has been doing this for years. We had multiple consultations where I bombarded Jon with questions. He was very professional and patient, and helped me with the design I had in mind. After 10 weeks, we finalized the design. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. My artist was Jose, he was friendly, respectful, and super helpful as I wasn't exactly sure of the dimensions and such. He was also extremely gentle which I appreciated because it was a rib piece. I had heard nightmare stories about rib tats but Jose was gentle, took his time, gave me breaks, and did an amazing job, it was a great experience and pleasant even. I got a tattoo by Luke on September 12th, he did an amazing job. He is super nice and outgoing. This would be my 5th tattoo but first at aloha. Since I've gotten tattoos before I was prepared, but that day must have been an off day for me. He got started and not even 1/3 of the way I needed him to stop I got super sick and lightheaded. I felt bad, but he let me rest a minute and got me some water. After that I was fine and he finished the whole thing and I'm in love with it. I will be going back to get some script work done. I have several tattoos, but yesterday was my first experience at Aloha Tattoo and it was amazing! The shop and bathroom were extremely clean! Luke, Stevie and Chance were very professional, fun and entertaining! I was there for approx 4 hours and they treated all the clients and walk in's like they were family! Not only was the tattoo nifty but I got a super cool ankle wrap out of this life changing excursion. The guys here are great and super helpful with any ideas you might have. The shop is clean and they're all great artists, but they have different styles so when you go to a consultation they can recommend who's the one that will be the best for your tattoo. In my case, I went with Chance because he's awesome at minimalist blackwork. They also have a reward system, so if you go and get multiple tats, you might get a free one eventually.
