Hands on all the time? Absolutely not, she walked out 3 times during the 1 hour period, once to have a conversation, once to get herself a glass of water. She then walked back and said she was tired and I should massage her. I've also never had a masseur throw the towel I had draped over me against the wall, especially in the first 5 minutes. I honestly believe that this gal has never received a good massage because nothing she did actually felt good. Please don't make the same mistake I did. And btw Asian rose, you are not a licenses chiropractor, when I say I have back pain, and you see that one side off back Is sitting higher than another, and you do what you call "wakaba" which means walk on back, and you walk on someone's back, and then hop on it to pop it, you are simply making things worse. 0 stars

This place was decent. I called three other places to check prices and availability and this is…read morecomparable for the area. The funny thing is I called and no one answered the phone so I left a message with no call back so I just showed up and they were able to take me in right away. But...unlike most Asian places, they tried to push me for thirty minutes but I wanted an hour so they agreed. Then I asked if they had ninety minutes available and I was told no. Usually at the other Asian places I go to they are trying to push you for more time. I guess it's different here in Redding. Shrug. I checked-in on Yelp and got the 10% off. Yay! The massage was alright. Not the best and not the worst--I would rank it toward the better side except she kept resting her palm on my back and arm and I hate that because it's unnecessary bad pressure. Otherwise quite decent. Oh, the other thing that annoyed me was asking for payment upfront. Maybe that is the norm here but I am not used to that. That's why I docked a star. I wouldn't mind going again if I was in the area again:)

Well, after 30 minutes, the massage person came out and talked me out of a one hour massage to 30 minutes, a 30 minute massage cost me $40 whereas a 1 hour was $60.
