After our ohana was left in uninhabitable conditions, we call several handyman services to see if they could repair the damage, Most did not really want to work, drive the distance. We first called Jason, but due to a favor we used someone else at journeyman's wages (OUCH!). After four (4) weeks, three (3) people and more talking than working the tile floor still was not done in a 1000sf area, little grouting and wrong color, no seal we had to let them go. That is when I contacted Jason again, Wow! Jason and his crew was amazing in clean up and repairing the mess the previous handyman left. Fixed the horrible tile floors that was coming back up, redid the grout that was put down the in the right color. Fixed the messed up electrical work, faulty plumbing the we thought was completed. Jason's assistant Mike worked Monday thru Saturday, then again Monday thru Sunday to get the job completed for the new tenants to move in. They are dedicated, professionals, awesome pricing and do a very, very good job. We will be using this crew on multiple housing projects. Our only regret is that we did not use Jason and his crew from day one, we would have saved so much time, money and stress. Things are looking so beautiful now. I recently had to move from Princeville to Lihue and I was lucky enough to find Jason and his crew. Manny and Kali showed up on time, were very friendly, and professional. Getting the furniture out of the small condo was very challenging. The futon couch was very difficult to get out of a very tight space but they figured out how to do it. We had to make a stop at Costco to pick up two mattress, TV, and a TV stand. We were able to load it all onto the moving truck without any problems. Manny and Kali's help was invaluable in picking up the items at a very busy Costco. The move was even more difficult with trying to get two Cal King mattresses up a very tight staircase. I used Aloha Handiman to replace rusted joists under my lanai. Jason and his crew did an excellent job. I then had him look at my glass doors where the vinyl panels had seriously deteriorated over time from ocean spray. Others had recommended replacing the entire doors at great expense even though they were structurally intact. He was able to replace the bad panels, recaulk, and repaint the non-glass areas. Jason did a great job installing new washer / dryer hookup points and running an AirCon 220V electrical line through our attic. He is well versed in both plumbing and electrical, and his work looks good, and our appliances function well. They did a great job. We had to replace a toilet. Mike arrived when promised and then drove to Home Depot to pick up a new toilet (I only have a small car). There was a problem during installation due to the location of the supply valve, requiring Mike to make another trip to Home Depot to get the parts to jury rig a rather innovative solution.
