We'll just start at the top: Getting to the hotel is stupid. The roads are difficult to find and dark. There was no toilet paper, hand towels, or soap in the room. After calling the hotel three times and being sent to a voicemail that was full, I called the 1-800 reservation number to BEG for toilet paper after a long drive and day at a conference for help. They brought toilet paper and hand towels, but no soap. I called reservations AGAIN and the tacky employee balanced the little bar of soap on the door handle and walked away, so we spent the night stepping into the shower to get a pump of body wash to wash our hands. Before going to bed, I opened the door with hope the soap had been delivered. It fell on the floor and slid away. The beds are on platforms and you will get hurt on them. The air conditioning/heating unit is under a shelf rendering it useless. There are exposed cords hanging from the TV. There are ridiculous numbers all over the widow shades that made us dizzy. There is a window in the shower to the bed area. There is a mural of Las Vegas behind the toilet which makes no sense. There were ants we killed while we brushed our teeth, dressed, etc. The sliding door that seperated the vanity area from the toilet/shower area was off the track and didn't close all the way. Obviously, we didn't eat here. Don't bother.

Our experience at the Aloft was truly unpleasant from the start. We are rewards members. We booked our rooms several months in advance because we had a large party. We confirmed multiple times we had rooms. We show up at 3 on the day of check-in and told that our rooms are dependent on another guest not wanting them. We had to wait for nearly 45 minutes for a guest who had yet to check in to confirm he did not want the rooms - It was bizarre. After we checked in, our party was scattered throughout the hotel. Each of us had stains on bedding, ironing boards, towels, etc. It appears that there are guests that live at the hotel full time - or use the hotel to party. There was loud wrestling in the hallways outside of one of those rooms. The guests left their door open and you could 7 adults plus children living in one room and it was trashed. The smell of marijuana is pervasive throughout the hotel, so be mindful if you have any sensitivities. Overall, this is a good area of Tulsa but I will never stay at Aloft again and this experience was truly awful. Disorganized and dirty is the best way to describe this situation!

This place received some bad reviews but our experience was quite pleasant. The hotel has a sleek and modern vibe. Our room was clean. The lobby was still active when we arrived at 2am and our dogs were welcomed. There is a pool table in the lobby and a stocked snack shop. The front door girl, although young and a bit unsure about some questions I had, was pleasant, friendly and you can tell she was going out of her way to be accommodating. So 5 stars for her customer service. The room was a little small but it met our needs. My only complaint is that they do not have stairs that are accessible for guests to use to go upstairs. So you have to take your dog on the elevator. U can take the stairs downstairs but you cannot go back up. Most dogs hate going on elevators and it's a struggle to get them on so this is a poor construction issue in my book for a dog friendly hotel. They do have doggie bags outside but they were empty and the garbage was full.

Avoid at all cost!!!! I don't usually take the time to write a concern however my experience with Aloft Tulsa was abhorrent. This was the most unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival I was direct to a room on the first floor. Immediately upon walking it we were met by an extremely strong mildew odor. We let Monique know and she promptly relocated to the 2nd floor. She was very kind and understanding and told us that they had similar complaints about the rooms. When we made it to the new room again we were overcome by a overwhelming urine smell. It was so completely strong that it gave both my wife and I a headache. My wife pulled back the sheets and was shocked by the condition of the mattress. It was soiled beyond ever being useful. On both mattresses the pillow top was completely disconnected to the mattresses. There were stains covering it. By this time it was about 0200 in the morning and we just tried to get some sleep which we never got. Upon departure we spoke with Erica Craycraft and shared our experience. She was very sweet and apologized. She said she would have her manager get involved which I believe she did. The problem is that even after 3 calls to the manager I still have not received a call back. This is absurd.

Since I have and a more recent stay with more photos, I can give a more up to date update. I tend to go to this Aloft because it's more affordable than the ones downtown typically. With more affordability there's a price. I had asked for extra towels while booking but did not receive them. This time the television worked but a light was out. The bed was comfy, the shower worked properly and the water was functioning very well. Toilet and sink also worked as expected. It just appears this hotel needs to be updated regarding damages from prior guest. They do have a lovely snack bar with a MINI cafe where you can order some hot breakfast - nothing is complimentary except for the coffee and water in your room and the breakfast isn't typical. They are "breakfast bowls" in a way. No continental breakfast. Also a couple years ago, they use to have a couples package that came with chocolate covered strawberries but that wasn't an option anymore There's also a bar and pool table as well FINAL THOUGHTS: it's good for the basic needs and if you don't mind some of the pictures I included. The staff are nice Breakfast isn't included (unless you chose that option when booking) but it would be cheaper to eat breakfast elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend for a romantic getaway but it's good for a place to rest your head in a good area and is affordable. I would stay here again bc I know what to expect.

I really tried to like this hotel, and they tried really hard to be good but it just isn't there. The lights burned out my room so they graciously moved me across the hall. To a room with all kinds of wires hanging from the bottom of the TV and no service. So glad I'm leaving tomorrow.

We checked in late well early this morning. We were traveling 6 hours out of town so we were beyond tired . I normally thoroughly check the room. However, because I was so tired I didn't . I did notice the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and there was soap scum in the shower and on the floor. The sink was also full of scum and the counter was dirty. The toilet seat was lifted and there was pee stains on the toilet. When I looked at the bed this morning the sheets and pillow cases was stained . I'm certain the comforter had make up stains on it and I was not wearing making up and the pillow look like it was stained with juice and blood. The night stand was also sticky and it looked as if the floors was poorly swept and vacuumed. The mirrors were also dirty as well. I stay in aloft hotels a lot and this is by far the worse one I've stayed in as far as cleanliness. The chair in the room has a huge hole in it and instead of them replacing it they just sewed it up . I am beyond disappointed. This weekend hotels are booked so we are staying . I had my husband pick up cleaning supplies at Walmart so I can clean the room/ they offered to do a complete turn down service but at this point I don't trust it. After COVID cleanliness is a priority. Again I am very disappointed.

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.
