The spa, pool and saunas were very clean and great. My only critiques were the wifi was slow and the TV in my room was rather old and had limited channels. The rooms were big but the furnishings weren't the most suited. The wellness and fitness area was good but again, I would have expected more of a 4 star spa hotel. We weren't offered any additional towels or slippers, the gym area was small and the massage rooms appears rather old.
