My favorite nail place! They have the best brands and the place is really clean inside. They usually offer drinks. I am always super happy with my nails when I leave and they dont leave a huge gap between where the nail starts and my cuticle - a lot of places do this and you leave looking like you got your nails done a week ago. They are very accommodating to my requests and do well with the different shapes and lengths that I have asked for. I was able to get one of my nails a different color on each hand for free. Can be expensive expensive to other local spots but they have specials every once in awhile. You can also see from my pictures that my fingers arent wounded which is a huge plus. I recommend this place to all of my friends! read more

This place is extraordinarily disappointing. Four different nail technicians started the process of soaking my nails (dip service) and each of them disappeared before finishing even that portion of the process. The finished product in no way made up for the consistent and unacceptable inconveniences. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

This was probably one of the worst experiences ever at a nail salon. After a nice relaxing massage I decided to keep up with pampering myself for the day and dropped in for a pedicure. Started off okay until the nail tech sprayed the hose up my shorts and got them and my underwear soaking wet. Small half hearted apology was given. Then her child or someone else's who worked there was standing over the tub ready to start playing in it. Skip to the next day when my gel started to peel off my toe after I got out of the shower. I've gotten multiple gel pedicures over the years and NEVER has my polish come off. Don't waste your time and money. I wasn't even given a discount and they soaked my clothes. Just moved to WA from north charleston and needed to find a new nail place. my manager suggested i come here since they are literally right next to my work. super clean, super friendly, and they have the ipad sign in with a reward i got dip powder and it looks amazing. i didn't get the man's name, but he did a fantastic job. he went through probably 5 different bottles of the clear coat to find one that wasn't too sticky. the ONLY problem i had was that i think he let me leave a bit too soon so the top clear coat on a few of my fingers is smudged but that's probably my fault ha! definitely recommend this place!! read more

This is probably one of my favorite nail spa yet. I went in for a pedi and nail removal. Tina helped out so well with advising what I should do with my nails. I went with the dip powder and loved it. In all my years of getting pedi/manis this place is the worst I've ever been to!! My usual salon is in Mt pleasant but I was in West Ashley at Whole foods and needed to get a manicure so I stepped in to this salon, huge mistake! The front guy got up in down 20 times at least, had me soaking entire hands in bowl of acetone and rubbing nails to get SNS off quicker for them. Then he handed me over to Cindy..she had done two of my nails and I told her I didn't like the color and wanted to change, she stood up and started slinging items around the table then said I should have told her after first nail..hmmm didn't know for sure but what difference does it make?? This place does the SNS and everything else I observed in Factory fashion..my nails look terrible, they double dip your nails in same container as all customers.which is against health code; they're supposed to pour powder into another container;it took all day for the acetone fingers to plump back up. Two of the nails have already chipped and I'm four days in..my SNS always lasts 2 to 3 weeks without chipping. Save your money and do not risk your health at this place!!! read more

this is my 4th time trying to give this business a chance. its almost like they hire anyone off the streets to do nails. my nail tech lied and said she knew how to do a specific design, cut the skin on one of my nails then TRIED putting nail glue inside my cut while saying "i'm also a nurse I know what i'm doing" then got very upset when I asked for it to be taken off. i've had nails techs leave in the middle of my appointment to smoke a cigarette while receiving unfinished and sloppy work in the end. i'm officially done giving this awful business the benefit of the doubt. please do not go here unless you want the worst work possible...if I could give 0 stars I would read more

I'm typically not one to write a review but I felt with this specific place I had to. I'm all for spending $50-$60 for a good manicure, that being said my nails began to chip THE VERY NEXT DAY. After dropping almost $60 I would at least expect the gel to not chip for two week. A week into having the manicure after washing the dishes, one nails gel polish peeled off altogether. Not sure is the quality of the polish they are using is bad, or if it is just watered down. But I would recommend not wasting your money here if you want a manicure that will last. read more

I went in with some family and got a fill in and pedicure. My pedicure was amazing. However, my nail experience was something else. I had my server cut my nails down because they were too long. Once he did my fill in and started shaping and filing, the filer cut my pinkie. I immediately pulled my hand away because 1, it hurt and 2, I wanted to make sure I wasn't bleeding. And of course I was. I figured "okay it won't happen again." Well I was wrong. Three different fingers it happened on. He should've gotten a different file because I have no idea how many people he has used it on and possibly cut their fingers. After that, I explained to a young women and I got a 20% off my next visit. I will not be back after that experience read more

i am not the one to ever write a review bc i just honestly don't care enough to but this place.. i have gone here a few times prior and not only did they CHARGE ME 59$ FOR GEL NAILS NOTHING ELSE but gel i got. but every other time it was $30. and had no issues but this last time i went, 4 days ago i had to keep telling the older women doing my gel nails i did not want acrylic and she kept acting like she couldn't understand me when i Repetitively said no possibly over 10 times. my nails looked like TRASH and when she was finally doing doing them she shined a flashlight on my face and proceeded to tell me i definitely needed to get my eyebrows done... like are you kidding me.... my nails were done four days ago and are all completely chipped off now. awful, awful terrible experience. take your business else where. read more

I opted for the 'Alluring Pedicure', which offered shape, trim cuticles, scrub, callus remover, a mask, extra massage & jelly in the water. Nahn was my nail technician & she was incredible!!
