Phone was answered quickly, courteous, caring person helped me and got someone scheduled to come to the house. (luckily the problem was that my battery died at home in my driveway). AW road service arrived at exactly the time they said they would and had me going in double-quick time! Fabulous service all around from everyone. I expected that, like most roadside service, I would pay the people and file a claim but NO! It's already taken care of! Thank you. I'm happier every time I have an interaction with American Family.
