Their Right Track program is a scam. You won't save anywhere near the amount of money that they…read moresuggest in their commercials or when talking with one of their sales representatives. They seem to fabricate what they call "braking or acceleration events" to knock down your "trending" savings, especially as you approach the end of the tracking period so they can cut their costs. If you need to stop at a traffic light, they will reduce your trending savings. Their so-called "event tracking" is disingenuous and they make no apologies for it. There are better value insurance companies out there which offer fewer frustrations than you will likely get from Liberty Mutual.
