The agent I was sent to see was Alex Moody, approachable/personable guy, very friendly, made me feel like I knew him for a long time. Alex really knows his craft because he got me a wonderful deal on new car insurance and saved me thousands on homeowners insurance which is amazing during this particular time in the economy. Better coverage I might add! Shane Griffis stepped out and introduced himself as well, really nice man too. For me, I like to do business with people that I like on a personal level. Everyone in the office is friendly and inviting, and Orzo the dog is an added bonus!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with 1st Liberty Insurance Agency…read more I paid approximately $11,000 for my insurance policy. I was then charged an additional $2,039.54, which I believe was not properly owed. I have spent months trying to get this matter explained and resolved. I contacted the agency multiple times and attempted to resolve the issue directly. I did not receive the resolution I was looking for, and my experience communicating with the agency was extremely frustrating. I disputed the $2,039.54 charge with my bank, but the dispute was denied. I have also filed a formal complaint regarding this matter. I am asking for a simple thing: an explanation of exactly what the $2,039.54 charge was for and why it was charged after I had already paid approximately $11,000 for my policy. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. After paying thousands of dollars for insurance, I expected much better communication and customer service. I am still seeking a resolution and the return of the $2,039.54. This review reflects my personal experience and my ongoing attempt to resolve this billing dispute.

Just received the renewal for the next six months, the premium increased 43% and no explanation was given for such a radical increase. No accidents, no violations. I've been down this road with Allstate before. Classic bait and switch. Maybe the Agency would consider switching away from Allstate or, at least, find an alternative company which would do business in a more honest manner. Allstate's motto is that you are in good hands with them, but i am tempted to think that those hands are around your neck.
