Mike and Ashley are typical indentured servants under this Agency Relationship with State Farm but do an excellent job representing the interests of the client insureds over the years. They even got my Wife and I a $1million Umbrella Liability Policy for bbt a couple hundred dollars. More importantly, they really help manage the contracts and claims, Mike even came out to inspect in advance so he was familiar with our land and improvements in case there was a claim. The point is, as an Expert, I cannot say enough about Ashley & Mike because they have serviced our account in a way other agent could not, and I know the difference. Having sued State Farm for clients due to uunusual Claim situations over the the years and unfortunately, due to my clients being sued for wrongful deat by the family of a Berkeley Professor, We insured everything we had with State Farm BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENCE IN OUR DEALINGS WITH MIKE &ASHLEY.
