It was the first time in my life I'd been in a car accident that was mine to deal with, so I was entirely unfamiliar with the process of making my claim and dealing with the other insurance company. Beth and Carmen were always great about answering my many questions--and anticipating many of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them.
