April 2025 State Farm renews the policy and back dates it to 2024 and says I owe $779. I called Ron's office and he will not return my call. Spoke to 3 ppl in his office who can't get any answers but the agent wont call his client Today I get a call from a collection agency that State Farm has turned me over to. I have filed a compliant with the state insurance commission and looking for a lawyer to file a suit. I had a 840 credit score.

I've been without water for so long I'm loosing my mind! I need that check to fix thing destroyed in the fire! Who knew a pump would go out when the house burned! But the fact that they don't care about there customers, is making me crazy! The fact that a lot of young pretty girls sit in an office & do not assist is incompetence!
