We dealt with Tim and everything was really good at first, but then things started falling apart. The home insurance we were with decided to close their business in certain states like the one we live in, so I called Tim and got no answer, so I tried a few days later and finally got hold of someone in his office, and that he would return my call, but never did. For three weeks I tried calling him, texted him, even emailed him, but got no response. The week before our policy was to expire, I finally got hold of him and he stated "I'm working on it and I'll call you", which he never did. On the very last day that our policy waa set to expire, I called and their office said "we will pass your message onto him and he will call you", which ONCE AGAIN, no return call. If a person runs a company, then it's the professional thing to do to take care of your customers, which he did not and left us hanging. I won't, don't, and never will recommend him to anyone due to his unprofessionalism, his lack of customer service, and poor attitude. read more
