My issue is I called on 8/20/2021 to report there was an issue with the vehicles listed on my renewal policy. I was advised it would be taken care of...I called on 8/24/2021 and she still didn't resolve the vehicles on my policy. Didn't even bother calling me back...sent me emails stating that she is "human" while not resolving the issue with my auto policy. She didn't even correct her mistake...I had to call back as I looked on my online Erie account and the mistake was not corrected. It required me to call Strock again to have her address her mistake. There is nothing they will do for you after the sale. I was involved in a total loss hit and run crash November 2024. I had to fight my way to a settlement with Erie, and throughout the entire process, which lasted weeks, CIA had absolutely nothing to say and did absolutely nothing on my behalf. Erie Insurance did only what was required by PA law. While the Police did locate and charge the driver that fled the scene, Erie's agents had no interest in pursuing him on my behalf to assure a better outcome for me. Erie only sent me a letter expressing how I should be conscious of their own best interests. Now I must find another vehicle, chase after a criminal, and consider what my future with Erie and Consumers should be.
