This particular agency quoted me an auto price only to increase by nearly $300 in 6 months. I've had no tickets, no wrecks and no problems. I drive my car about once a week on average, I'm retired. I didn't get a call just a statement to pay $900.22 for 6 months. They also had coverage on my home at over $300,000 originally and also dropped my coverage $272,000 again, with no notification. I left a voicemail with plenty of time for them to return my call before closing today and nothing. No call back. I wouldn't take out a policy again with Greg Murphy Agency with Allstate. read more

Kendal not only helped review my existing vehicle policy of over 3 years with another carrier. she noticed where my coverage was not up to par and fixed everything that I needed for myself and my family to feel more than comfortable with switching to a new policy with Allstate . She added my home at a more than reasonable rate leaving no stone un turned . very knowledgeable, professional , informative and answered all my questions. I left the office knowing we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend calling or going to the office , getting a quote and speaking with Kendal or any of the staff at the Dickson location read more
