Expressway 83 in the City of Donna,, the driver who was in fault didn't have insurance... I thought to myself lucky I have full coverage, It will cover my car, myself and whoever is with me in my car.. Well to find out my policy didn't cover me or my passenger in the car. When I went to talk to one of agent, that's when I found out I was S*%t out of luck, I wasn't covered or my passenger only my car.. They blew it and left me holding the bag.. They simply passed the buck: giving me a number that had been of Zero Help!!!. I couldn't believe it,,, I was so pissed off these isn't right.. and now I have to pay for my own medical and treatments. The agent didn't specified that my full coverage was only for my vehicle.. to find out the agent I had doesn't work there or any of the Pronto Insurance Companies anymore, Wow no surprise there, mostly likely its cause she probably Didn't know what she was doing... I feel like I was deceived, I wasn't told I had options ... if I would have been told ,,, of course I would have made sure I was completely covered with myself and passengers.. I believe they should be countable for Thier incompetence and lack of training... they our young and some look like they are right out of high school ... how do they become agents ? if they are agents whose knows ,, well they need more training in my opinion .. I hope if you do get insurance with Pronto .. you better do your homework and ask questions... I'm not an insurance agent so I don't know better. You put your trust and think your getting all the coverage you need when you asking for full coverage insurance,,,, well like I said I feel I was deceived,,, Customer disservice from service provider .. Shameful and very unprofessional.. it just isn't right ,,,

For absolutely no reasoning. There were no claims. This was a very loyal Customer. Did you know that State Farm donates 100's of thousands of dollars to the republican party and some for the democratic party(just not as much) Why? Would they do that?? To change regulation for their own benefit. To increase their rates to make more money. Google it. It's public information. My insurance increased by more then 40 percent in two years. You see those dollars they give to the political figures is to line state farms own pockets. If they cared about there customers those 100,s of thousand dollars could help us put bread and butter on the table by decreasing our absurd rates. 40 percent increase. My pay increase was 3 percent where I work. Tell me where i can get the other 37 percent. Oh and of course, what about all the other increases. Milk goes up in price, gas goes up in price. You see, this is where the rich get richer and the middle class and poor become poorer. Now that makes Cents. We the people have the power to stop this. Talk to your congressman today!!! Ask them. Make sure you are voting for the people not State Farm! All of these increases came under the republican leadership. I'm justsayin! Don't you think we should have some say !! It is our hard working money after all.
