They sent me a check which I never received for the life insurance policy but before the matter was actually resolved. It took months for someone to even call me back. In the meantime, I had fell ill. Called them to reinstate my life insurance, i was told it would be noooooo Problem, needless to say.....I wasn't able to obtain coverage. This office is full of unknowledgeable people who tell you anything. Also, I have been with State Farm for many years my full coverage has gone from $200- $500 and when called to get a break down, I was told to take collision off. Who in this day & age would be willing to take off collision!!!!! specially on a decent paid off vehicle. They don't want to even look for a lower rate. it's almost like bothersome and i had to call four times before somebody even answered. I have had the worst experience in this office opposed to the Baldwin location. Just one ish show!

Estelle is extremely knowledgeable and diligent in her follow up. I have the utmost confidence that she will always ensure I have the right coverages and fight for me if I have any issues with Allstate claims processing or billing. I highly recommend anyone to call her and get a quote. She will do whatever she can to get the best rate on the coverage you need and provide the service you expect from an insurance professional, unlike calling an 800 number call center that just try to get you off the phone so that they can get to the next caller. Estelle will spend as much time as you need explaining what you should know before making a purchase or changing your coverage.

Over the years I have called or popped into their office numerous times with various questions on this or that and they have always been very helpful and attentive to my needs (as well as working their hardest to make sure I always had all applicable discounts to ensure a very competitively priced policy). Joseph and his team seem unethical to quote that they have never heard of anyone conducting a…read morefour-point inspection for homes over 30 - 50 years old before quoting home owner's insurance.  They made me feel that they just want to make a short-term sale with outdated, public information and inputs provided by residents, who aren't experts to know what is vital to assess and underwrite an insurance policy for protection from natural disasters.   How can they claim to sleep with a conscience by deceptively selling what they don't know if their policy covers or not without ever seeing the condition of the home or outsourcing it to their assessors?  To me, this is fraud and why the insurance industry is one that few people trust because of reps, who claim this is the only way business is done in the industry.  That may be the case, but that doesn't mean that existing business practices are ethical and/or correct until you pay a hefty premium only to realize the insurer doesn't pay for anything because they never properly assessed your home when a disaster hits. I wouldn't trust this group with even a call.  Keep doing your due diligence to find an insurer who will do the right thing to sleep at night instead of just following status quo even if it's unethical.
