Awful Insurance Agency!!! Never call back! No customer service!!! Still owed hundreds of dollars in refunds and can't get my money back. Leave voicemail after voicemail. I did get one return call and they were supposed to call me back with refund status. NO call back. They aren't even in office to go there in person. You can't get ahold of these people for nothing!!! Do NOT use this agency!!!! read more

They saved me over $120 (6 months). Callie was super friendly and answered my questions. If she quits, I'm out.

What I like most about Enid is its name, which in Welsh means "soul" or "spirit" -- and we really are the spirit of Oklahoma! I moved to Enid in 2002 and have enjoyed living here ever since. My wife, two sons and I are very active in our community.I became an Allstate agent in 1999 and sold my first policy to my grandma. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and always wanted to operate my own business. My agency has three core values: wisdom, integrity and compassion. And my mission is to help people to become more financially secure. There's a fun story I like to share about our agency. When I turned 30, I bought a motorcycle. One day, I left it parked out front -- and suddenly, we received a lot of calls for motorcycle insurance. We were the No. 1 motorcycle agent in Oklahoma that year and still specialize in motorcycle coverage in addition to retirement.

I listed the website wrong it's actually https://www.hpbank.us ....I banked here for over 20 yrs when it was State Guaranty Bank and watched it slowly get upgraded, mostly with the drive thru. I closed my accounts when I moved and just recently opened an account with a trucker friend of mine so I could pay his bills when he was out on the truck. This is when I found out about the change. I love that there are some of the same employees still there that know me by name. I was able to open the checking account at the first window inside..then received the debit card in the mail 4-7 days later (no they don't give you the cards the same day you open your account). They also have online banking now too!! This has always been such a wonderful bank and I love the way small town businesses know you by name. When it was State Guaranty, the customers would get newspaper clippings of themselves on a laminated card in the mail adding just another special touch to the care they show...I don't know if they do that now, but it would be nice if they still did.
