DO NOT, under any circumstances have this so called "company" out to look at your roof, much less…read moredo any work on it. Came out and told us we had all this weather damage and to get a claim filed. We did. Let them know when the adjustor was coming out, was told that the adjustor wouldn't bother to climb up there, just give him the photos he took. The adjustor did go up and stated the roof was in exceptional condition, and the few places that stood out were definitely not weather damage. I let LM know what the adjustor said and was told that he would "handle it". Over a week goes by and I'd been given no update so I called to get feedback on the progress, still believing our roof was in disrepair. He didn't know who I was, so I gave him the address again and ran down the whole scenario. He said he had emailed the adjustor and that it would be next week most likely. Told him I might get a third party to look at it for more support. I'm thinking a home inspector, he must have thought another roofing company. He got pissy and said fine, then hung up. A few minutes later I get a text stating he no longer wished to work the claim and good luck. I contacted another, more established and respected roofing company in the area that was doing two roofs down the way. They came out and apologized that LM even had us file a claim with the insurance company. Stated that there are companies that will tell everyone to file a claim in hopes of catching some crumbs, hoping the adjustor won't go up on the roof and will take the roofers word and photos provided. The 2nd roofer had discussed it with the adjustor and that they wouldn't even bother repairing the few places questioned. But to keep them in mind and they'd be happy to help out. 55 years old and have never had an insurance claim, before you file a roofing claim make sure you have damage before you file a claim and have it on your record. And make sure that roofing opinion is from a PROFESSIONAL, learn from my mistake.
