Missing items, no accountability, no customer service!!…read more I was a customer for two years and during my contract everything went fine. Unfortunately, the problems started as soon as I terminated it. I really cannot recommend this storage company because once you stop paying, you simply stop being important as a customer. The level of service and accountability disappears completely. First, they refused to deliver my items in two separate batches. I therefore asked to collect my items myself, which they also declined. After asking again, they offered me access by appointment -- but only at 8:30 am and at a location 50 km away. Extremely unaccommodating. After the delivery in July, I noticed that several items were missing. I reported this immediately and have been following up ever since. I was told the investigation could take up to a month. After that, every response was essentially the same: they were still investigating, contacting the relevant departments and were "on top of it." When I called, the customer service representative even got offended that I was annoyed with the situation and that I kept contacting him. But he also couldn't provide me with any alternative contact or actually help resolve the issue. There has been absolutely no proactive communication. Every update has only happened because I contacted them again. No one has ever reached out to me independently to provide an update or actually resolve the issue. The last communication from them was two months ago. Nothing since. At this point, I have given up expecting reimbursement for my missing items or any meaningful explanation of what happened. After two years as a customer, this is an incredibly disappointing and frustrating way to handle a serious issue. I would not trust them to deal with problems properly once you are no longer a paying customer. And apparently, you also cannot trust them to keep track of your belongings or provide proper accountability when items go missing.
