I have no clue who this business is. I googled training and already have several options. Just need funding.

What are the rates at this gym? I notice they won't post them online so guessing they want to do their whole sales pitch first. I need some transparency with what the financial commitment is.

There is also a separate, ample space & endless set of accessories for stretching and core training. I have yet to observe a single machine be down for repair more than a day or two, and I have noticed that Jeff has continued to listen and look for opportunities to build out the gym further. Jeff has a well-vetted, core team that consistently greets members in a friendly and professional manner. You won't find these folks planting themselves behind the desk or in an office, talking endlessly on the phone, or chatting up their favorite guests. These folks are always on the move -- walking the floor, cleaning/picking up, asking how you're getting along. Jeff's team keeps the place humming and nearly spotless -- you won't find dust bunnies under or inside the equipment, spills on the floor, dirty bathrooms, etc. I appreciate that the few rules that members are asked to agree/sign are enforced -- e.g., sign/swipe-in, register your guests, wipe up after yourself, rack your weights, etc. The members that I have observed range from the novice to the most serious body builders. All seem to quietly go about their workout while being courteous and respectful of one another. This is not a meat market to hustle your next date nor a place you'll find teenagers taking endless selfies. Best of all, Jeff accomplishes all this at a price point that is quite fair for the experience that he/his team deliver every day.

He says he don't have any record of me canceling the membership but yet they had me sign something and take my key fob away very fraudulent stuff going on there my recommendation don't waste your time. It's not worth a headache.

Switching to Dragon's Lair Gym has been the best decision I've made when it comes to gym…read morememberships. I've tried everything, from budget gyms to high-end health clubs, but this place stands out as my top choice. Dragon's Lair is a straightforward, hardcore gym for serious bodybuilders who want real results. They have every machine, free weight, and piece of equipment you could need. I've been to many gyms, but here, the atmosphere and other members really motivate you to work hard. In just six weeks, I've completely changed my workouts and already see big improvements. This gym doesn't have hot tubs, jacuzzis, pools, or showers. You come here to train with other dedicated bodybuilders, then head out when you're done. It's simple, no-nonsense, and the monthly price is fair.

That kind of comment isn't motivating. It's not funny. And it's definitely not professional. I'm aware I'm out of shape & im working on that currently. It's exactly the type of behavior that makes people hesitant to walk into gyms in the first place. Not everyone enters a gym confident. Some people are just trying to take the first step toward bettering themselves, and comments like that remind them why they were nervous to begin with. I'm currently training at FitClub gym, where the environment is respectful, focused, and built on encouraging people, not sizing them up the second they walk in. That difference matters. If your goal as a business is to build a strong community, it starts with how you treat people the moment they walk through the door. You never know where someone is in their journey. A little respect goes a long way. Hopefully this is taken as a reminder that how you speak to people, especially in a space meant for growth, actually matters.
