He was patient and answered my questions and concerns in plain English. I am impressed by the firm's comprehensive attention to detail in presenting me a binder with ALL of my Legal Documents pertaining to my Estate wishes making it easy for my Trustees when the time comes for me to retire to Glory. I HIGHLY recommend the LOOSE LAW GROUP for your Estate planning needs. Also* Donald Loose presented me with a copy of his book entitled "Estate Planning in Arizona", what you NEED to know. This is the Bible in Estate planning for those interested in wealth preservation, family protection, and succession planning. Give them a call and tell them that Raymond sent ya.

We found Loose Law Group through our MetLife legal plan at work. We initially engaged with Rachel…read morewho was amazingly pleasant and helpful in helping us navigate my parents will and trust situation. Rachael put us in contact with attorney Michael Ruppert and legal assistant Sarah Vega. They spent several hours with my folks answering the questions and making sure that all our needs were attended to. We thought pricing was fair. And we never felt rushed. The whole staff was thorough and made us feel very comfortable with the process. I will be getting my will / trust done next to the firm. Highly recommend.

Fired her and now she refuses to give up the records that was already paid for. I paid 6,000 and didnt even go to court yet. She wanted another 2,000 to go to court. She is not even worth 100. Horrible. If you want to waste your money and be your attorney then Ann is the one for you.

This requires change. We are thinking we should probably do a review every Tax season. No one wants to discuss the why and when of a will. Mr Helenbolt and his staff are wonderful to deal with.

Avoid this company. I paid Sedona Tax Advisors $4,000.00 to advise me on solutions to my situation…read more I feel that this is a churn and burn company that does not at all care about their clients. Two years later, after getting nowhere, I spoke to another Tax advisor and realized that there was a simple, clear solution that was not taken. I called STA to discuss this with them and Tabitha, instead of trying to help me with a solution was condescending, mean and accusatory. She accused me of not providing information to the advisor they passed me off to, when she was not a part of that relationship. When I pointed out the obvious issue with this, she continued with an accusatory line of talk. She is the first point of contact but not the actual case holder, so accusing me of doing or not doing anything with my assigned advisor is odd and unprofessional. When I requested a refund because I was being treated so unprofessionally and without competency, Tabitha laughed and said: "You can't get one, you signed many contracts with us."

When I articulated my concerns regarding the lack of support, the attorney responded with aggression. This firm's conduct left me feeling isolated, unprotected, victimized, and entirely vulnerable. I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this firm. They are prepared to accept your financial resources but do not anticipate receiving protection, counsel, or compassionate treatment; they demonstrate NO concern for your circumstances. I would rate them -0 if this was an option. In addition, based on the firm's public responses to other dissatisfied clients, it appears they dedicate significantly more effort and resources to defending their own image than they do to defending the interests of those they represent.

We paid $500 and had one lawyer contact the PR once. I kept calling to get help and was told another lawyer was working on it. I gave a one star review and that made the main lawyer call me. He said he would get his guy on it. But after that nothing more. We called back after a couple of weeks and got the runaround. They never returned the call. Also called Probate Court and was told nothing was even filed. My husband has not gotten any resolve from the whole thing. A member of the law office called us to say they were closing the case. I told her my husband's brother ( PR) sold the house and we haven't heard anything. She told me that the lawyers would be told that. They never called us back.

There is something fishy going on there and their service is sloppy at best. Estate planning is a service that costs a lot of money and it's supposed to make the process easy when a loved one passes. All too often we just write when we are dissatisfied with a service or a business, rarely do we do…read morethe opposite. I have had such an amazing experience with this office and its lawyer's, that I had to make time to write a review. My mother's dementia moved so quickly that she was unable to care for herself in over a period of a year and half. However, she thought she was fine, that put me in such a bind where I couldn't legally help her and she couldn't help herself. She was being scammed left and right, adult protective services had 5 different claims on her and I was hitting a point where I felt incredibly helpless. This office has lawyers that can handle a variety of such issues. They helped me get guardianship over my mother so I could legally move her to safety and have since helped me with every court proceeding I have had to date, to include the intricate details of her trust and finances. Additionally, I was helped with issues that had to deal with me and the stresd level i was dealing with. They care and it was a blessing that I came across this office.
