If I could give a negative rating I would. I have paid 10k in premiums to this company. Every…read moreprogram they have is faulty and doesn't give you what they promise. I call the agency and wanted to know where my points were for their drive wise program. The agent tells me "we don't handle that you have to call the program" I explain I have spent hours on the phone with "the program" and still it won't add the points. She goes on to talk all about her 64k points, and how she could use them and doesn't. I had a claim and the first words from the adjuster were "before we begin, this will be recorded and I am Satan and some people call me the devil". REALLY? He also went on to tell me what a good job he does. They basically gave me $77. after months, and then raised my HO ins. by the same amount! I called to say I received their correspondence (she said she didn't think they would raise the rates, liar, coward) and she was "with a customer" as soon as the head dude heard it was a complaint he says "did I pick up the wrong line". These people are so self absorbed they have no idea how to treat paying customers. I am out the control of Allstate, thanks to the Grandle agency.
