There are a couple of steps but they do have a ramp they put out to ease access for wheelchairs or puschairs etc. There is one seat and they stock a range of leaflets advertising their different accounts. They have private rooms for consultation. The hours are one of the things that would attract me to this bank as are the staff who are more than happy to help and friendly without being too pushy.
