However, when it comes time to deliver on their plans and promises, you get nothing...nothing but excuses, lies and dodges from the truth of the fact that they are simply flakes. I reached out over a dozen times trying to obtain a letter I needed. Not knowing better, Anna kept sending the wrong thing...over and over again. I then requested a phone appointment with Bob to try to get past the forgetfulness and incompetence. Bob flaked on that appointment too. When I called them 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time, Anna told me he was on the phone with a friend...seriously?! Do what you say and say what you mean in business.
