I had a 9:55am virtual visit scheduled with Dr Gustafson, at 10:15 I got a text message stating that the Dr was running behind. I sat at my computer for 2 full hours and no Dr ever came to the visit. I called Allina Champlin to see what was going on and was directed to file a complaint and was told that there was only 1 patient she saw ahead of me and they had no clue what happened. Was told she is not a regular Dr at the clinic, I dont care, I wasted 2 hours of my life and am still in the same boat now with my problem trying to get a new med since mine was all of a sudden discontinued and my primary is on vacation. Very frustrating!! read more

Used to be a good place to go, but the doctors and providers having gotten really rude and condescending. Very rude receptionists, I mean, no wonder they have a no verbal abuse sticker on the window. read more

Went to urgent care to be treat for simple stitches and a broken arm by Dr Linda Charles. Because the stitches were on my nose she claimed I had to go to the ER for a head scan and wouldn't treat me. she kicked me out conveniently at 4:50 with them closing at 5. now I have massive bills from both uegent care and ER when they should've treated me at urgent care. The ER did exactly what I should've had done at urgent care laughing at the need for a head scan. Allina lost my first complaint then never even called me on the 2nd complaint. I just got a written notice that my request was denied. I can see why so many people complain about Allina now. Overcharge with minimal communication just caring about profit not the customer. very disappointed. read more

The entire staff is always very nice and helpful! Dr. Westling and his nurse are absolutely amazing and they take the time needed with patients to ensure they leave feeling well taken care of. read more

Dr. Gourneau was very empathetic with my situation, truly understanding that I just wanted more than just yes and no answers. He addressed all my questions with care and great explanation and was surprised that the other clinic refused to monitor my Beta HCG levels to 0 post-miscarriage. I had originally decided to change providers due to location thinking if I had an emergency or was going into labor, I could get to the hospital quicker. After the terrible experience I had when changing providers, I will definitely be coming back to Allina Health Mercy Women's Health Clinic regardless of how far I will have to travel. Proper care is much more important than convenience.

The provider at the clinic and all other service that we have received at Allina Women's Health clinic had been impeccable, but her attitude really tarnished everything. She hanged up the phone on us as we were speaking and said the nurse should call instead. I hope there is better training of the support staff because patients really deserve better. I pray I could see how she documented that interaction. As a health care provider myself, it was appalling.

All the staff was wonderful - I tend to be a little jokey/silly in these situations and they definitely lightened the conversation with me. Definitely helped me keep up my spirits since it was 8am. I was taken right away for X-rays, which took probably about 15-20 minutes. Within 5 minutes of being back, the doctor stopped in for results. I was very lucky to only have a bad bone bruise. The best part about the Dr. was that he gave me alternatives! I needed a surgical shoe and possibly crutches - but he recommended Birkenstocks being more worth my money if I would wear them since they're built the same as the shoe. He also recommended borrowing crutches from someone my height or checking goodwill before buying them from the hospital (since I wasn't sure if I would need them after a day). Overall, I was out by 9am and loved the staff. I always frequent this HealthPartners but this is the reason I always book doctors here!
