As soon as they drive off the door was the same as before. Its an insulated door but in the cold winter it has terrible condensation and when opened water comes out of every panel. When you call for service, they tell you that they are "very busy" and will get back to you but never do unless you call back and pressure them. I got them to come out to work on it, but the tech did not do the repair correctly, so it still doesn't work as it should. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you are looking to buy anything that might need service down the road.
