After my wife's father died, we began to try to sort out his finances, which were managed by VSA. Our financial advisor was astounded by the contents of the portfolio: "My company wouldn't allow me to offer these kinds of products." It was filled with all kinds of high commission, low return REITs and other items which were inappropriate for an aging retiree. My wife set up a meeting with Mr. Scott accompanied by our financial representative, specifically to address our concerns. Upon arrival, it turned out that Mr. Scott refused to meet with our advisor, but came out of his office at the end to take my wife aside and insult her. Our subsequent phone calls to the office for help in attempting to liquify the holdings were either placed on permanent hold or treated with nasty contempt. Working with our current financial advisor, we have spent the last five years trying to wrap up the Estate. Truly, isn't this all your worst fears realized? You set aside money to retire and hopefully pass on to descendants, and you find out that not only did it under-perform for you, but it over-performed for the salesman. But you're smarter than that, so you look into it, and discover the above scenario, and want to discuss it with your agent. Sorry! We won't see you! How dare you question us? Who the hell are you to question me? And good luck trying to straighten this out on your own! Especially since we won't help you anymore! Let's review: * Low performance for investor * High commission for agent * Does not stand behind their work * Doesn't care what you're comfortable with * Happy to insult you when caught red-handed You work too hard for your money to give it to the Monopoly guy. Don't use VS Associates. You can't afford to.

I have had to ask a representative to close out of my account prior to leaving they left it on the big screen. What the hell? They just got sued for a data breach. My last in person visit. The representative couldn't open a roth for me so i could have pretty much saved myself a trip and done it on my own with a representative over the phone which is what i did while in the branch. The rep was in the room with me and we had to call the fidelity customer service line. I guess he was good as far as answering questions while in the room. Again not comfortable how lax everyone seemed to be with my account. What really bothered me was i caught the guy looking at my chest. Made me really uncomfortable and doubt i will go back to that branch due to that. Now I will review the service over the phone and their preditory marketing practices. I have received numerous calls from their reps saying they have looked into my account and want to discuss my investment options. This is insane. So anyone can look into my account from fidelity with sensitive info. My privacy is being violated. I have asked to be put on the do not call list and i'm still getting calls followed up by emails that I haven't responded. The poor judgement makes me not trust them with my money. I'm very disappointed with them. They don't take privacy seriously and feel like they can borderline stalk clients which is what i feel like. Like i'm dodging telemarketers i don't want to deal with. It's harassment!

Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

During one of the hardest moments I've faced, they supported me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. Their positive energy and the way they treat every client who walks through the door is something truly special. It goes far beyond regular customer service -- it comes from the heart. Because of them, this bank has become more than just a place I go for financial needs. It has become a family to me. I appreciate everything they do, and I am deeply grateful for the care and respect they show every single day.
