Today we are adulting and signing our paperwork to handle our assets in the future. Reached out…read morethrough a 2024 company benefit option and were promptly matched with Coles Law. They scheduled an appointment to complete an over the phone questionnaire, then after that we set up a future date to come and sign the documents. Being they specialize in Will, trust, probate and Elder Law we were covering all the bases. When the day came for our in person appointment I felt the location was convenient to our home, the GPS directions were on point, they had a large parking lot out front, and marked address on the building. When we entered the complex I felt the environment was well lit, smelled nice and comfortable to be in. We were greeted by a friendly staff, and promptly taken back into a quiet office to discuss our living/revocable trust. Each section was reviewed thoroughly, questions answered and copies provided. We were educated and I felt well-informed at the end. A majority of the cost was covered under the company benefit but we did have $200.00 in additional documents and notary. They accepted both check and credit card. The appointment was at 4:00pm and we were done by 4:40pm.

I wish there was the option to leave a Zero. The list of things that have went wrong since they have taken on our father's estate just seems to be building. Last time I was notified the beneficiaries have been charged over $7,000. The attorney assigned told me to send all questions to him and he would answer. We have paid for him to read emails and respond with answers that did not even pertain to the questions asked. We have been charged for my brother-in-law to meet with the attorney in regards to matters that are not associated with the estate. The detailed accounting that he sent had such poor grammatical errors my teenager caught them in addition to dates which were 10 years off. I have communicated with the owner asking if this is how they conduct business regularly or just an error on the attorney's part and sadly no response. So we are charged $325.00ph for communication and lack there of. We are charged $325.00ph for someone who cannot simply check dates and spell check. There are deadlines set for beneficiaries to sign paperwork and notified if they do not then it will have to go to probate. Then he charges to send all beneficiaries numerous reminders as well??? Seriously?????? How about mailing time sensitive documents to one of my brothers that needed to be signed unfortunately Alles Law mailed it to the wrong address??? Then there is the time sensitive document that was mailed to another brother to be signed but instead of having his name Chris listed our deceased father's name as a beneficiary who needed to sign!!!! There is so much more information to add and photos as well when I get a moment and can upload them from home to this review. Utterly ridiculous that the owner cannot even comment in an adult manner as to the practices of their office. So if you would like to spend a LOT of money on a firm who will embarass themselves with multiple documents having spelling errors. My favorite being his spelling of "trust" multiple times as "trut". #SMHspellcheckisfree #crooks read more

So I hired him for the court cases with the fight they eviction process and get my money from items taken ! I have pictures, videos, police reports and court documents for my evidence end, it's April and I've emailed him several times these past 2 months to get status on what we're doing about this because this is taking way too long and he hasn't even wrote back to me or called about the status or what's going on with any of my cases and I have every right to know what's going on with my cases. It's a simple this is what's going on. I can't even get that reply. It seems to be that he wants to settle out and seems like he's working for the other company that I'm suing instead of his client. I wouldn't recommend his services. I'm still a client and I paid for his services.I'm so done. I guess I need to find another lawyer who's capable of doing what he says he's going to do.
