Sonya the PA at the Altamonte office is a ROCKSTAR! I have been to several dermatologist over the past 10 years trying to get my ezcema outbreaks under control. I finally decided that I needed to go to an allergist to hopefully figure out what the root of my problem was. I have had ezcema in different parts of my body, but for the last 3 years my legs had been affected to the extent of not being able to wear skirts or shorts because I didn't want anyone (not even my husband) to see the scabs, scarring and ugliness of it. After performing a couple of tests and learning what my triggers were Sonya sat down with me and went step by step on how we needed to tackle this. Within two weeks my legs had healed and started looking normal. The beauty about Sonya is that her background is in dermatology but her being at an allergy location helps with not having to visit two different doctors. The altamonte office staff is awesome, the check in lady (hate that I can't remember her name) is so nice. I was there so often my first month that she always had my chart prepped! The MA's are fantastic. They also fit you in day of should something happen which is hard to find now a days. The only negative that I have is that they try really hard to see you at your scheduled time but sometimes get delayed. However this being said, the wait is worth it. read more

These people were impossible to communicate productively with. After weeks of failed attempts to get scheduled, and being told 'we're working on it' I gave up and contacted another Rheumatology Clinic and was seen by them in less than a week. After I'd been under treatment for a couple of weeks, I got a "we're sorry" email from CFRC telling me they' wouldn't be able to see me because my labs were negative and couldn't get insurance approval. They are incompetent, and don't know how to properly submit for insurance approvals. I've been in my current Rheumatologist's care for months now and am doing well. I feel like I dodged a bullet. read more

Dr Pragnesh Patel was amazing. He has very attentive and had wonderful "bedside manners" I only had to wait 5 minutes, which is unheard of with Drs nowadays. Office was very clean and his staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Dr Patel for anyone that has allergy issues read more

Dr Bagg is an excellent doctor. He has helped me with some serious asthma issues where my asthma was uncontrolled. He got me back on my feet quickly. I will see him for a sick visit as he can help with controlling my asthma. I have been attending the office for a number of years now for allergy shots and the staff are great. The office staff turnover fills me with many questions. I come in for allergy shots. I can't tell you how often I have been told that I have a balance due, only to be told the following week that I overpaid or vice versa. The lady giving the allergy shots is on the curt side. She scolded me, saying that I was behind on my shots. I told her that on my last visit, she told me I NEEDED to wait at least two weeks to come in for my next shot. I even wrote it in my notes on my phone. She said, "No, I never said that. You are wrong!" All in all, the office is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will NOT be going back. I have been debating for a while now whether I should find another Doctor to go to. I don't know why; I don't trust my instincts. Dr Warit Jithrpatuck is a caring, wonderful doctor. from my first visit I knew I had found a wonderful practice, from the receptionists to the tech staff and to my doctor I cannot be more satisfied. The tech's are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. My doctor is the best! if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would, my asthma is under control for the first time in many years, they checked me for allergies and the results said "cats", unfortunately I have 6, we laughed! I had the procedure in June of 2021. It was absolutely seamless and the treatment and care was second to none. At 51 when I was diagnosed it felt, as those in the same boat, to be a life changing discovery. I have a family history so it was not too surprising but still difficult to express my sentiments on my future. Fortunately, early detection, active observation for a couple of years and then the decision to have the surgery with Dr. Patel and his staff was the right way to go at my age. The procedure took less than 2 hours, essentially painless and I walked nearly 2 miles after the procedure before Dr. Patel's team returned to my room after surgery the same day to see how I was doing. I was home the next day and did everything before and after the surgery to ensure best results for me. Here I am 1 and 1/2 years later cancer free and improving daily. My advice, be proactive see your doctor, do your bloodwork, and do your own homework. Dr. Patel and his team are the best in the business, the care is the best in the business and the outcomes will be the best one can hope for in such circumstances. Used to love coming here, sadly for the last year or two the quality has gone severely downhill. The staff are incredibly rude, they're put off having to help or even speak to you. I love Dr Arias, but even he has gotten to the office an hour after my schedule appointment. I've heard staff answer the phone, transfer me all over incorrectly and then curse about it. Same with in person, they've literally spoken about me (the check in has a box to check for new insurance, which I checked, but apparently I'm "an idiot" for doing that and should've stood there and announced it? ). Another day, screaming and laughing and running around the office, waiting room with patients and entire staff hiding in the back for 20 minutes. And they have signs everywhere saying they know the CDC guidelines are changed but all staff and patients must wear masks. And none of their office staff have masks on. Waleska with the allergy injections is fantastic though and hasn't changed at all! read more

I'm highly considerate finding another allergist. I am happy w/the doctors, my allergies have gotten better. However, the staff is another story. 3 times they screwed my appt., then saying it was my fault, clearly it wasn't. They are rude, inconsiderate & unaccommodating with zero eye contact. Slowest place ever! I was called back over a half hour ago to sit on the hardest chairs ever made! I have stuck my head out to see what the holdup is and barely get noticed. My 6 year old had his allergy test today. He had 10 needle injections (which obviously don't feel good). They were supposed to come back in 15 minutes to check the results. An hour later I had to go out and remind someone that they were supposed to check his test. All his mosquito looking bumps were gone by the time they checked him..AFTER an hour. I'm not a Dr. But from what I've read after 30 minutes the test is not as reliable and should be read w in 40 at most. They told me that "oh we are sorry, we will try and do better, did you happen to see which ones had bumbs?" Then told me the timing actually doesn't matter. Then asked me if I wanted them to do the test again....I'm beyond angry. So we left and hopefully results are still good after an hour and he has no allergies. He gets sick so much and we are trying to rule everything out. read more

I can finally breathe!!! I've had asthma for about 10 years now and it's gotten worse as I've gotten older. I finally went to see Dr. Aldina and she put me on the right inhaler and I can finally take a deep breath and my breathing is much more under control! She took the time to talk with you about every aspect of your daily routine and asked a lot of questions so she could learn everything she needed to know, which was really nice since a lot of doctors will rush and not make it personable, which I think it needs to be. I would definitely recommend going here for any asthma problems or allergies, which I also had (not allergic to anything) but had a lot of sinus pressure and headaches almost daily, and with the right nose spray, I no longer have those problems :) read more

WORST LASER TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! Mariela burned my neck on August 13th, 2019. Left hyperpigmentation scars on my neck for 8--9 months. I had paid for 8 treatments up front as it was sold as a package deal. After receiving 2 treatments on two days 7/16/2019 and 8/13/2019, I was not able to return due to severe skin discoloration, which I was finally able to get over. I called the office today to set up the remainder of my 5 outstanding sessions or at least get a refund as I was very dissatisfied with the service, I was told by Mark the office manager that he would not honor the remaining sessions as the time I was supposed to complete the treatment had expired. I explained to him that I could not go during that time as my neck had not completely healed by then. VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY UNREASONABLE, VERY POOR TREATMENT! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! read more

My daughter went here for over 2 years to get allergy shots. It wasn't until our insurance changed and we went to another provider that I found out they had only done part 1 of a 2 part allergy test. I had no idea and additional testing was never mentioned when we had check ups twice a year with the physician. When the new provider did the proper testing, many more allergies were discovered. So now my daughter has to start ALL OVER with her allergy shots. Totally inexcusable and incompetent over sight on their part. read more

Not my best experience. They get the job done, that's all I can really say but the customer service can use some improvement when it comes to the wait time for injections and just the staff in general. They misplaced my referral and apparently it was filed in the wrong location. It's just okay. Not terrible but I'm big on friendliness and informing patients when maybe certain things are expired or when vials are ready for pick up. Those kinds of things. Stay away... most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. Dr Bagg was arrogant and obviously trying to impress a student. One of the nurses made a mistake with my testing, another nurse couldn't get out of my room fast enough to tattle on said nurse, the walls are paper thin so I heard the whole thing go down, meanwhile left me in the room for 30 minutes so she could create drama. The furniture/equipment from the reception area to the examining rooms remind me of an old public health clinic. I am a clean freak, this place made my skin crawl. read more

I have been coming here for about a year, and so far have been very impressed with both the doctors, as well as the support staff. The office is always kept clean, the people are nice enough (not too cheery, which I like, and definitely not surly, which I also like), and I never have had to wait more than 10mins past my appointment time to see the doctor. Everyone hates to wait, particularly at a doctor's office! I have seen Dr. Alidina and Dr Arias, they are both very, very good. They know what is going on inside the crazy sinus cavities of mine and have really helped get me on the right medicine to control my asthma. Best of all, they always have samples of new medicine to try, and generally a coupon that will get me at least the first month's supply for free. Love that! There are multiple locations around Orlando, so check the website for one near you if Dr. Phillips isn't close. If you need this kind of doc, definitely check them out. Highly recommended! read more

One of the best ways keep asthma in control is through knowledge and precaution along with developing a plan. I have transferred over to a new allergist to monitor my asthma in this location and I am content with the medical staff here. They conducted a benefit verification on the spot with my insurance to quote me of a guesstimated amount for the services before they were rendered to avoid any shocking bills. Cool appreciate the info in advance. Dr. Andrew Bagg advised me how to take avoidance measures against allergies and serviced me with an allergy test. He went through the results very detailed and explained all different types of pollens Florida has to offer along with information regarding all the fur related animals I am allergic to. =( He stated there could be a defense plan against allergies which will involve a treatment called immunotherapy which consist of weekly allergy shots. The doctor did very well in educating me and providing with with all the treatments necessary to keep my asthma in check. He provided me with an inhaler to take precautionary measures towards very intensive workouts. I can continue any physical hobbies without the fear of being short of breath. Having an informative allergist/ asthma specialist allows me to ensure I keep my lungs healthy...I say bravo to this place. read more

My review is simply based on several visits over a 2 year time period only at the Altamonte Springs office. It is a common practice that when you have a allergy doctor visit at the Altamonte Springs office, you will be waiting and waiting in the room for your doctor. You might get back into a room about 5 minutes after your appointment time but be lucky to get out within an hour. If by chance you are a first time visitor, plan on 2 hours. Yes, I said 2 hours. Even my teenager was not happy on the waiting and waiting. Luckily she doesn't have to do any more visits. Holding/Wait time to complete the visit is where this specific office need massive improvement. Consideration of their patients time is not respected here.. Basically, its a case of squeezing in as many people into rooms and you are simply in the waiting room jail. You have to push them to hurry up. Now when you do get to see a doctor, it's great. I recommend Dr. Patel. We have seen only 2 doctors at this alamonte springs office but this office needs a 100% turnaround on patient waiting room time courtesy. I talked to my OB-Gyn about the waiting room jail (by the way for the past 15+ years my appointment time + 20 minutes is all it takes in his office).and expressed my concern about why some doctors office practice poor time courtesy. He said its a choice of the doctors to do so, not a requirement. If its a priority to make sure the customer's experience is positive, this would stop. If you have to go to the Altamonte Springs office, I would recommend always be the 1st patient of the day to help yourself from the doctor's assembly line process. read more

The branch here - people are not friendly. You do not see any compassion with the staff. The MA is friendly, she is Colombian and Puerto Rican native. She made me feel at ease. Otherwise it just felt so quiet in the room, the employees especially front desk are not friendly. After the service, they had me pay $294 stating I shouuld pay my deductible. The line was long and I just did not feel the vibes there so I had to pay. Called my insurance right away and they verified me I should only be charged for copay. When I called back, and my insurance also did separately, it was a forever waiting time. The next day I called and they said they did not know why I was billed that amount. I called the Billing Department and spoke to Maria- gladly shE is the nicest. She said she would let her office manager know what happened and she would process the refund immediately. read more

They cancelled my appointment at 11 o'clock (they close at 12) on a Friday, booked the time slot for someone else, and when I called on Monday at 8:30 (when they finally reopened) they told me it was because my insurance was unpaid. It was paid on the Friday they cancelled my appointment at 8 o'clock. They also failed to tell me that I was not supposed to take any allergy medicine before my appointment. I will not be coming here again. They would rather let their patient die than admit that they made a mistake. read more

I was having a horrible time with my allergies but after seeing Dr. Bagg I can finally breathe again. My quality of life increased expoentially after only a couple of days under the new treatment/meds he put me on. I had seen allergists for years but only Dr. Bagg diagnosed and treated allergies and symptoms that other doctors completly missed. I am so ANGRY! I went to my appointment today. Got there at 3:05 and it was for 3:10. The gal said I was an hour late and I'd have to reschedule. I was like WTH. They said they call two days in advance and tried calling me when I didn't show at 2:10. I said I didn't get any calls and my appointment is at 3:10. She said well we don't do testing at 3:15. Again...WTH....so they verified my number...it was wrong. Do they not look at the paperwork they make you fill out? I said you should have my work too...ya didn't call that. So NOW because I have to give three weeks notice at my job for time off I can't go back until April 5th. OH and guess what time my appointment is....4:30! They don't do testing at 3:15 but they do it at 4:30???? Beyond ANGRY at this point ESPECIALLY when I come home to look at my appointment card AND IT SAYS 3:10 p.mthen the gal who actually set up my appointment in a snarky tone said I must have looked at the date and not the time cause the date was 3/15. My daughter and I are both patients here (Wallace Road office) and have been for several years. Overall, We have seen very positive results in our allergies and asthma. Every doctor we have seen in the group has been great, and the front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I have had several unpleasant encounters with the assistant who administers our immunizations. She is unfriendly, and when I have concerns she does not take the time to listen. Instead of consulting with the doctors when I have a question, she makes decisions herself. At my last doctor's appointment, the doctor had dismissed me and she caught me on the way out the door and told me I had to do a breathing test. I explained to her that the doctor said it could wait until the next appointment, and she argued with me. Fortunately, the doctor overheard and told her that yes, it could wait. In the past there have been others who have administered the shots that have been very patient, but recently she is the only one doing so. It's gotten to the point where I dread going in there. Since she is the person I deal with most often, I cannot give this practice 5 stars. read more
