She was very straight to the point after hearing my story and we got right to testing potential environmental and food allergies. Initially I tried to make an appointment at the Wilkens Avenue location, (they are only open on Thurs/Fri) but in order to be seen quicker, I came here first. I called Friday, my appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday. I don't think that is too bad considering I'm a new patient. I was instructed to go on the website and complete the new patient information. Everything was pretty seamless. Location: On Gov. Warfield Pkwy, in the brown approx 6 story tall M&T building right outside of the mall nearest the entrance of the Nordstrom/Macy's. The building is fairly easy to spot. Ambience: The office is flippin huge! So much so that it can be slightly overwhelming. There are two sides to check in depending on which Doctor you are there to see, if you need allergy shots.... Staff: Check in was easy, I didn't wait long past my appointment time to be seen for vitals and the like. Dr. Neuman Sunshine was my assigned physician, she was absolutely wonderful! She had this awesome disposition, and she truly made me feel like she genuinely cares for her patients. She was very detailed in taking a history and totally took into account all of my concerns. I received Allergy shots for my Did allergies which can be overwhelming with having to come in so often but with a clean nice staff and atmosphere I didn't notice. And you don't have to wait like you get seen for your appointment time with maybe a 10-15 min at times but rare. When I first became a patient my Asthma was very serious without proper management for years. He didn't judge me or made me feel ashamed for not having my Asthma control. And they have digital devices like the sign in and information charts.

Dr. Vap is the first doctor to actually take the time to talk to me, give me a thorough exam, order the necessary tests, and work with me to come up with a treatment plan. He's helping me find out exactly what causes my symptoms rather than just insisting that I take a million medicines. He even suggested and ordered the food allergy bloodwork that I've been begging my allergist to do for years. The specialists that I had gone to about my cough before him had just rushed the appointment and pushed medicine at me; I'm so happy to have finally found a doctor who takes his time with patients and really cares about finding a solution.
