My husband was really looking forward to dinner at Alleno and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We previously dined at Pavyllon and had an amazing experience (service and food were excellent) so this was very surprising. To be fair there were some great dishes, and the ambience was beautiful, but for a 3 star we expected better. Firstly, we ordered the non alcoholic beverage pairing, and it was awful. For many of the dishes we felt the pairing didn't go well at all, and ruined the experience. Too much celeriac was being used and was overpowering every drink. After several bad drinks with celeriac, we kindly told our server we did not like the celeriac taste and that it was over powering, but he did not care and served another two drinks with celeriac! The last drink with dessert was actually delicious - it was poured over almonds in a clear teapot and sat for a while on our table so we were excited to try it. Unfortunately ended up just getting a very small portion of it and the rest they took away, we would've appreciated being poured more as it just went to waste. As for the food, some dishes were great including a very beautiful and memorable vegetable dish, but some were just okay. There was a dish using tomatoes and mochi and they brought the tomatoes they used to the table- the raw tomatoes were delicious, but it was funny that they tasted better than the dish they were used in. We also ordered a cheese course, which we should not have done just because we felt so full but wanted to try it. We were hoping to take what we couldn't finish of the cheese home (we only asked this because when we dined at Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse they offered to pack our cheese without us asking), but we were refused. I understand there may be a cultural difference in which asking for the cheese packed is odd, but the way in which we were responded to was very rude and uncalled for. I guess the worst part of this restaurant is the service. If the feedback about our drinks was taken into account (as would have any other 2 or 3 star restaurant we have been to would have done), and the wait staff more attentive and kind, we would've had a much better experience and I would have given 4 stars out of 5.

WOW - truly a five star experience! We enjoyed all that Alléno had to offer and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. There are only 10 tables at the restaurant and they're open M-F for dinner. Our waiter was charming and clearly the staff has great relationships with each other. Every course was a delight and my father and husband ordered main courses, pigeon, where the chef came to the table to prepare and serve. The salad course was incredible and exactly how they described as a walk through the garden. Every bite was different and more interesting than the next. The Waygu beef was worthy of dreams -- perfectly cooked and thinly sliced with mushrooms between every layer. The staff catered to my mother's chocolate desires and brought extra courses to satisfy her sweet tooth. It was wonderful and I can't wait to return!
Overall Rating: 4.5/5 We dined here back in September 2025, and looking back, the hospitality stood out as exceptional, truly fitting for a 3-star Michelin establishment. While the service was flawless, the menu was a bit more of a mixed bag, though the highs were incredibly high. Most of the meal was excellent, barring two major missteps: an egregiously large turnip that felt entirely out of place, and a coffee buttercream that missed the mark for me. That said, the standout courses completely stole the show: "Walk through the Garden": I'm a massive fan of "choose your own adventure" interactive courses, and this dish was brilliant. It was a fresh, incredibly fun, and artistic play on seasonal vegetables. Mushroom with Consommé: Following the garden course, this sequence was fantastic. The deep, rich earthy tones of the mushroom paired with a beautifully clarified, intense consommé. Wagyu Mille-Feuille: Another absolute favorite of the night. An incredibly decadent, clever, and technically flawless execution of the beef. An unforgettable evening of world-class service and highly memorable culinary artistry, despite a couple of structural hiccups on the menu. read more

We visited Alleno on our most recent visit to Paris and were completely blown away by our experience there. We made reservations well in advance and chose the 9 course meal with wine pairing for all 4 of us. Because the Olympic Games, we had to walk over on foot instead of taking a taxi. The walk wasn't too bad but not easy for the ladies on high hills. We arrived right as they opened and were greeted by their wonderful reception staff. After taking a short break at the waiting area we were escorted upstairs to our table. We really liked the decorations of the restaurant. Each table has a semi transparent screen separating it from the next table, providing nice privacy. The screens also looked beautiful. The scenery out of the windows was a little disappointing because of Olympic Games but I can imagine it would look very nice otherwise. The food was fantastic, as was the service, which is what we would expect from a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. They had some rather unique and creative dishes and the paired wines were just right. We actually were surprised that one of their paired wines was our favorite that we initially had experience at another Michelin Star restaurant in Washington DC. We've dined at a few 3 Star Michelin restaurants in a few countries and we felt our experience at Alleno was definitely near the top. If you haven't dined here then you should definitely consider this place on your next visit to Paris. read more

Was a true 3 star. Had my share of michlians! The chef even came out and checked on you and asking about his new creation on the menu! Definitely going again when we go back to Paris! read more

We had a 20 hour layover in Paris and decided to spend the night in the actual city, with most of it at a nice dinner. Alleno has been on my to-try list for a while, and we were glad there was a table available for the night we were in town. The experience started with a pre visit phone call the week before asking for dietary preferences, if it was a special occasion, and asking for a photo so that they could personalize the experience. They also sent the wine list ahead of time, which was great for studying ahead of time. We've been to many 3 Michelin star places in Paris, but this was the first one that had this pre visit experience. We did the abridged tasting since we had to leave for the airport before 6am the next morning (currently, the 2 tastings are €295 or €415, but remember - no tax/health surcharge in Europe; tip at your discretion). We started with the champagne cart and then got a bottle of burgundy. The somm was very approachable and helpful. Onto the menu: 1. Mushrooms: porcini tempura with juniper mayo and a mushroom "blanc marger" over a hazelnut curd, served with a (for lack of a better word) naked walnut with a super interesting color 2. Primeur: "Salad Ballad" more than 30 ingredients - each prepared or cooked in a distinct way - imagine a walk in a forest or garden, served with a gelee of celeriac extraction. This was a beautifully composed dish, and I cannot imagine the amount of painstaking work that went into it 3. Butter and bread: hot out of the oven, mini dinner rolls wrapped up, opened table side. What's presented before the bread is actually the butter - a special Brittany butter from a little farm with 25 cows (reminds me of the early Animal Farm days of French Laundry and Per Se) 4. Grated raw bolete on croustade: a wonderful mushroom gougere on top of a puree of mushrooms and nettle coulis, topped with fresh cep and fleur de sel. There was an option for shaved white truffle, so of course, we went for it. It was super aromatic since it's the season, and unlike in the US, the generous supplement was reasonably priced at €25. 5. Blue lobster: served multiple ways - Tail removed and served table side, topped with a farm cream with hazelnut. The brain was on the side - I don't usually eat brain, but this had amazing flavor - Salad: fresh leaves in in a broth of celery and lobster extraction and oils, prepared tableside, spritzed with a perfume bottle of that broth - Claw brandade: tons of flavor - Cocktail of green apple and basil juice with the aromatic broth - mixed tableside 6. Millefeuille of Wagyu and Paris white mushrooms: literally ridiculously thinly shaved layers of beef alternating with this mushroom - such a special preparation, then topped with capers and smoked salt. The thought of this paired with our wine still makes me salivate. It was served with lettuce fondue flavored with fermented beetroot. 7. Cheese cart! This was an added option, but we would not miss the unique opportunity to try a bunch of French cheeses. After you pick your cheese, they come back with a cart to serve you a green salad (tossed table side with black shallots and garlic puree), as well as freshly baked fruit and nut bread 8. Fig from Sollies cooked in a Neapolitan flaky pastry, with a port and curry sauce, fig tree leaf extraction, and vanilla whipped cream 9. Modern merveilleux of Mathilda: with coffee flavored buttercream, cocoa mucilage chips 10. Final bites: local chocolate with vanilla bean caviar inside and dried mango with birch tree water Each dish was very thoughtfully prepared, and I love the classic table side preparations that old school French restaurants used to it (plus that cheese cart!). The setting was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to be seated at the window right in front of the Champs Elysee. There are a lot of fancy dinner options in Paris, and I've been disappointed by some, but but Alleno was a standout. read more

Update: after thinking about it more, I reached out to the restaurant to let them know my experience just to let them know if something may have been off in their kitchen as well as to see what level of customer service I would get from a restaurant of that caliber. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything like that, but just wanted to see what creative solution they might suggest to make the experience less negative (even basic restaurants who have any sense of professionalism will do or say something). Well, I was ghosted for over a week. After many emails and calls, I finally received an email from a man called Maxime who basically said no one else had gotten sick, and he hoped we'd try them again in the future. I knew I couldn't expect much, but not even a call to see how I was or understand what had happened? Again, I've been to so many $30-40 a plate places that if I got sick they at the very least pick up the phone. Totally disappointed with the food and service here. It is 100% not worth the 500-600 euros. Avoid! read more

Wow wow wow & wow! 5 stars is not enough. Come here hungry everything is amazing. From start to finish wow! They got 3 Michelin stars and well deserved. Location is in the park the view beautiful, service is top notch, the decor is a mix of classical with a hint of modernism. But the food no words hit wow. My wife and I had a meal that was just WOW! From the start the ice cream at the end all were delicious we had to discuss which dish was more delicious than the last. If you can get reservations go and enjoy. read more
