For 10 days I've been calling law firms to find either they have to call me back but I never hear back or they'll charge a consultation fee or they just don't handle that kind of case. It's been very frustrating. But this law firm told me exactly what to expect even explaining to me why I've been going around in circles for 10 days. I respect this law from very much! I know law firms are very big on billable hours so to have someone actually take their time to help in such a big way was amazing.

This law firm, in my opinion, offers unmatched experience, quality, and value in Huntsville,…read moreAlabama. Mr. Jim Hess is amazing. He is professional, thoughtful, and focused on facts, evidence, and witnesses rather than emotion or speculation. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen carefully and evaluate matters objectively. From the moment I entered the firm's downtown Huntsville or South Parkway office, everyone--from the receptionists and paralegals to the attorneys and partners--treated me with professionalism and respect. Their service has been exceptional. I initially contacted another large Huntsville firm, but they ultimately chose not to assist me. Mr. Hess listened to my concerns and helped me better understand the importance of facts, documentation, and evidence. If his firm does not handle the substantial malpractice matter I am evaluating, I would look to him and his firm for guidance regarding an appropriate referral. I would trust Mr. Hess and his firm again and recommend them to anyone seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and evidence-focused attorney in the Huntsville area. My experience has taught me that people should be treated with respect regardless of how large or financially attractive their case may initially appear. That kind of professionalism makes a lasting impression. Although the cost was significant, I found it reasonable given the matter, and I am pleased with the assistance and guidance I have received to date.
