When I articulated my concerns regarding the lack of support, the attorney responded with aggression. This firm's conduct left me feeling isolated, unprotected, victimized, and entirely vulnerable. I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this firm. They are prepared to accept your financial resources but do not anticipate receiving protection, counsel, or compassionate treatment; they demonstrate NO concern for your circumstances. I would rate them -0 if this was an option. In addition, based on the firm's public responses to other dissatisfied clients, it appears they dedicate significantly more effort and resources to defending their own image than they do to defending the interests of those they represent.

We paid $500 and had one lawyer contact the PR once. I kept calling to get help and was told another lawyer was working on it. I gave a one star review and that made the main lawyer call me. He said he would get his guy on it. But after that nothing more. We called back after a couple of weeks and got the runaround. They never returned the call. Also called Probate Court and was told nothing was even filed. My husband has not gotten any resolve from the whole thing. A member of the law office called us to say they were closing the case. I told her my husband's brother ( PR) sold the house and we haven't heard anything. She told me that the lawyers would be told that. They never called us back.

Zero Stars -- Due Diligence Was Absent…read more King & Frisch PC threatened eviction without performing even the most basic due diligence. The firm failed to review readily available deeds, title records, tax documents, or mortgage information before asserting claims about ownership and eviction rights. Their client misrepresented who owns the home, and the firm repeated those claims without verification. An individual with no ownership interest, no title, and no legal authority cannot evict an owner of a property, yet eviction was threatened anyway. Additionally, the firm attempted to evict a lawful tenant with a valid, enforceable lease, which has been reviewed and confirmed by independent legal counsel. This should have been immediately apparent had even minimal investigation been conducted before escalating the matter. Compounding this, their client has been harassing us for months, repeatedly asserting rights he simply does not have. Despite clear documentation disproving his claims, those assertions were advanced without verification, further fueling the harassment. This lack of investigation and reliance on false premises caused significant and unnecessary emotional distress, fear, and disruption to my life. The situation became so overwhelming that I was forced to leave Arizona temporarily and travel to Dallas simply to escape the ongoing harassment and stress. This entire ordeal was avoidable. A cursory review of the facts would have prevented the escalation, threats, and harm caused. Based on my experience, this firm's approach was careless, unprofessional, and fell well below the standard expected of legal counsel. I would also hope that this firm conducts appropriate diligence regarding the litigation history and credibility of its client before advancing serious legal threats. A review of publicly available court records reflects a pattern of initiating unsupported or extraordinary legal actions, including lawsuits against federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Postal Service, as well as legal action against his own attorney, accompanied by demands that counsel be jailed. These matters were pursued without legal basis and dismissed. Such a history should reasonably prompt heightened scrutiny before repeating or amplifying a client's allegations. Given the circumstances, a written apology acknowledging the lack of due diligence and the harm caused would be appropriate. As a State bar review.

We had an existing trust from a different state. Wendy spoke at the Highlands at Dove Mountain. We dragged our feet to convert our out of state trust to an Arizona trust. After numbers of months of professional follow up by Heather we were able to get together to create the Arizona trust in 2020. Wendy was so good in creating the document. All the guide lines offered by the CDC were followed to insure our good health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wendy even honored the price point that came from our first meeting. By the way Wendy is an excellent presenter. As you have a group that needs to be educated on the value of creating a trust Wendy is the person to fit the bill.

Her abuse of herself ultimately left our son in the worst kind of situation possible for a 5 year old (use your imagination). Joy provided me some guidance and I retained her for custody and divorce services. When I arrived in Tucson we met soon to go over documentation I had collected and to file paperwork to keep my son in AZ and to have monitored visitation. A man obtaining custody is never easy. Joy walked me through it all, sat next to me in court, and kept me strong through the process. Fast forward to 2019. The last time I saw my ex-wife she was on a lockup show on TV. My son is 22, and a Navy nuke guy on a sub. He is doing well because I was able to parent him separate of a person who cannot take care of herself. Joy and her team made this possible. As an active duty Marine with minimal income, this is by far the best money I have ever spent. Joy's experience and relationships in the Pima County legal community enabled her to represent me and my son exceptionally.
