You'll find many many riding their bikes, walking or just enjoying their lunch break outside. Most anything you're looking for, you'll find at Rathaus Galerie. You'll find clothing, housewares, electronics, game stores, restaurants and much more. The Galerie is setup as an indoor mall that also allows you to go outside to to other part of the mall. Over the last two weeks, I've been here several times and I have had no problem with parking, navigating the mall. The people here are very warm and welcoming and I enjoy the shopping or just people watching.

Situated in Oberhausen, only a few minutes with the tram or bus from the city centre, definitely easy to reach, even if you're traveling without a car. The shops are 95% clothing and shoe shops, with some other stores thrown in the mix as well. There are also some football club shops (BVB, S04, Bayern München) and a food court, and that is basically it... The food court (Coca Cola Oase) is quite decent, with about 20 different "restaurants" to chose from and a massive seating area in the middle. Bottom line: * A looooot of shops... * ...but most of them (merely) clothes or shoes. * Fantastic food court * Plenty of discount / sale in the stores * If you want to go shopping for clothes, this is your place to be!
