I rented the car through USAA. I got the car I wanted, got a great price, no hidden fees, was full of gas when I picked it up, it was a really great experience. Another man helped me later upon returning the car, I don't know his name, but he had a beard. He was also really nice, and you can tell he also really cares about his job and about doing well for the company and the customers.
